The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) wild behavior has been blowing up her life and making some serious waves in Genoa City. It’s easy to see that Sharon is unwell, but it feels like more than just her bipolar disorder could be causing all this.
On social media, fans have been questioning how Y&R’s going to write Sharon out of this horrible corner.
There’s no denying that they’ve been sinking Sharon just about as low as she can go!
Sharon probably isn’t guilty of causing Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) grim fate since she blacked out and has no idea about the murder weapon.
Even so, Sharon got rid of Heather’s corpse and framed Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) for the crime.
It’s not like Sharon to be doing such sinister things, so what’s really up with her?
It’s just bizarre to think that Sharon going off her meds could drive her to such outrageous levels.
We’ve also seen Sharon facing hallucinations of Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby), Heather and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Sharon has been listening to the voices in her head and making plenty of unsettling moves along the way.
Could it ultimately be revealed that Sharon has a brain tumor?
It might be a way to explain why Sharon’s gone to such extremes and struggled to think clearly in recent months.
Brain tumors can sometimes result in psychotic behavior, so maybe Sharon has one that’s causing her hallucinations and disturbing actions.
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time a soap used the “brain tumor made me do it” defense and it certainly wouldn’t be the last!
Of course, there could be another medical explanation for Sharon’s behavior instead, so viewers will be eager to see how it all plays out.
