The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) may have a reason to lash out at both Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) if her grandpa’s plan pays off.
Y&R fans know Victor is slowly but surely putting all the pieces in place for Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) takedown.
It’s easy to see that Victor’s hoping to use Newman Media to trash Jabot’s reputation.
That’s one part of Victor’s plan, but we also know he snatched up Glissade for his vengeful mission as well.
Whether Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) remains part of the picture or not, Victor’s hoping to use Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to his advantage and make Glissade a worthy adversary against Jabot.
Glissade may pick up steam quickly and become a valuable tool in Victor’s plan to decimate Jack’s empire.
Since Kyle has been clashing with Jack and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) more often lately, Victor may successfully use him as a pawn in his twisted game.
However, there’s a big problem with all that since Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) runs Marchetti, which falls under the Jabot umbrella.
What happens if Marchetti ultimately becomes collateral damage?
Victor can’t really control how much destruction he causes here. It’s clear that Victor’s going after Jack’s company – and that means he’ll be going after Summer’s company in a way, too.
If Jabot gets hit hard enough, it could force some cuts and lead to Jack dropping Marcetti altogether.
If Summer finds out Victor and Kyle are the reason for her ruined career, you can bet she’s going to be livid!
Of course, Victor could offer Summer any position she likes at Newman Enterprises.
Perhaps Victor could even bring back the fashion division idea and act like Summer can just rebuild Marchetti at her own family business.
Unfortunately, it may not be that simple if Marchetti gets damaged enough by association and Summer’s key employees start abandoning ship.
Besides, Summer may have other issues – like the fact that two people she cares about went behind her back like this.
