The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 9, reveal that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will find herself on cloud nine as the news of her co-CEO status spreads. Glissade’s press release will play up Audra’s skills along with Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor), so Audra will enjoy being the talk of the business world.
Audra is the type of person who likes being in charge, so she’ll savor this power trip and look forward to accomplishing great things. Although Audra would rather be flying solo in the CEO chair, she’ll still feel like her new job has earned her some influence and respect.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll apparently realize Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is the only one who’d be willing to put this much money, time and energy into backing Glissade.
Jack will make another surprise appearance in Victor’s office, so he’ll once again rage over his family being off-limits. The fact that Victor recruited Kyle for Glissade will definitely rile Jack up.
Of course, Victor will take this opportunity to goad Jack and make the situation even worse!
Speaking of making things worse, it seems Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will somehow do that with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on Tuesday’s Y&R episode.
We’ll see Chelsea add to Adam’s guilt in some way, but they’ll ultimately stick to their plan of hiding their hookup from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
However, Adam and Chelsea will surely have a hard time pretending that everything is normal. It may not take long for Sally and Billy to wonder if there’s a piece of the puzzle that they’re missing.
Based on our Y&R predictions, some tough breakups could be brewing down the road. Billy and Chelsea’s relationship may not be able to survive this betrayal – and the same goes for Sally’s romance with Adam, which has already been challenged in the past.
