The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 7, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have to deceive Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) – perhaps after a close call involving the dungeon that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) is trapped in.
Cole might catch Victor coming out of that cellar and have some questions, but Victor will lie to avoid suspicion.
Of course, there’ll be more talk about Jordan as Victor continues to push the story that she fell off a bridge and drowned.
However, Victor will eventually distract Cole with a conversation about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and where his relationship stands with her.
Cole may confess that he’s enjoyed reconnecting with Victoria and wouldn’t be opposed to a romantic future with her.
Although Victor has seen for himself how dedicated Cole is to Victoria and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), he might offer a warning anyway.
Victor might argue that they’ll get along just fine as long as Cole doesn’t do anything to break Victoria’s heart!
Next on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) alters will go wild, so look for “Ms. Abbott” and “Belle” to fight over who should be in charge.
Maybe “Ash” could even pop back up as Ashley’s mental state crumbles even further.
There’s a good chance Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) is about to meet more of Ashley’s alternate personalities and may realize just how bad this crisis is.
Over with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), they’ll be nervous as they wait for more updates on Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and how his treatment is progressing.
Although Adam and Chelsea sometimes bicker since their stress level is so high, they’ve been doing better about communicating and working though this challenge together.
Chelsea will likely confess her true feelings ahead of a video call with Connor’s doctor, so she may get honest about her fears and get Adam’s honesty in return.
Adam and Chelsea have resolved to tackle all this as co-parents as well as friends, so they’ll try to remember this is a team effort.
