The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 24, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will come to Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) aid when she’s dealing with temptation. Following Nikki’s phone call, Jack will cut his meeting short at the office and rescue Nikki instead.
Although Nikki will feel guilty for having to lean on Jack, he’s her best option since Seth (Brian Gaskill) can’t be a reliable sponsor for her right now.
Of course, Jack will assure Nikki that he’s glad to be there for her anytime.
The important thing is keeping Nikki’s recovery on track, so Jack will do whatever he can to make sure that happens.
Next on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have some growing fears when it comes to Nikki and the choices she’s making.
While Nikki is off secretly meeting with Jack, Victor will have a bad feeling about the road his wife is headed down.
It isn’t a good idea for Nikki to be hiding things from Victor since it could lead to even more trouble.
Could Jack and Nikki rekindle old feelings at some point?
Victor could at least get the wrong idea about what’s going on between Nikki and Jack, so this situation is something to keep an eye on!
Over with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), she’ll have a special project that becomes her new focus.
This may have something to do with Abby’s desire to be on the board of Chancellor-Winters.
Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) didn’t seem thrilled about the notion when Abby first brought it up, but it looks like she’ll make a more formal proposal and refuse to back down.
That could lead to a little tension between Devon and Abby, but he may quickly cave in since Abby can be pretty stubborn when she wants to be.
Regardless, Abby will indeed pursue a board seat and hope to leave her own mark on the company.
It’ll give Abby another story arc and pull her into any drama that’s happening at Chancellor-Winters.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby will work to convince Devon and anyone else involved that this is good news, so stay tuned for updates on her big pitch.
