The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) path has been a difficult one. There have been some tough times when it looked like Sally and Adam had no hope for a future together.
However, Adam admitted to Sally that he’s finally feeling hopeful as they head into 2024. Sally is starting to open her heart to Adam again, so there are great signs when it comes to the road they’re headed down.
Now that Sally and Adam are set to have an actual dinner date, it could be the first step toward becoming a real couple once more. Sally is proceeding with caution, but maybe that’ll turn out to be a positive thing in the end.
It’s clear that Sally doesn’t want to rush things with Adam; she wants to do it right this time and avoid any pitfalls that could hurt them both.
Although the slow story movement may be frustrating for fans, it could be good in the long run. Perhaps it means that Adam and Sally will stand a better chance of truly making it work this time around.
Since “Ally” supporters have been so patient, will Y&R reward them with some engagement news and a wedding somewhere down the line?
The next time Adam proposes, maybe Sally will accept. Of course, that probably depends on how long Adam can hold out until he makes another attempt at popping the question.
Adam tends to get a bit pushy since he’s so eager to lock in a future with Sally, but he might manage to wait until Sally’s ready to agree to marriage.
It’s even possible Sally could throw tradition out the window and propose to Adam herself when the time is right.
Regardless, it’d be nice to see Adam and Sally’s wedding happen as a reward for all the waiting we’ve had to do!
Will Sally marry Adam and give this couple a happy ending – at least until the inevitable next round of drama?
