The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, December 12, reveals that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will assume Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is up to his usual tricks and won’t be interested in his “atta boys.” However, Victor will warn Jack to enjoy the victory since they’re few and far between.
After Victor exits and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) walks over, he’ll get updates from Jack and kick himself for ever trusting Victor.
Kyle will also have an honest conversation with Jack and express how sorry he is for how he handled things at Jabot.
Jack will understand more than Kyle realizes due to the times he butted heads with John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) in the past.
The topic of Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will come up, so Kyle will gush about how wonderful she is and how she helped him see the importance of family.
Jack will have concerns about Victor’s disapproval of Kyle’s relationship with Claire, but Kyle will vow to never let anything happen to her.
Kyle will insist that Claire means more to him than she knows.
At the Newman ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will surprise Claire by creating a mini boutique for her to do a wardrobe refresh for her new job.
Victor will interrupt and ask to speak with Claire alone, so she’ll quickly realize this is about her blooming relationship with Kyle.
When Claire asks if it would bother Victor if they got serious, he’ll admit it would for multiple reasons.
Victor will act like there’ll come a time when Claire will have to choose whether her allegiance lies with the Abbotts or her own family.
However, Claire won’t think she has to choose and will point out that any choice she did make would have to be her own.
Victor will see a lot of Nikki and Victoria in Claire, so he’ll insist he likes that.
After Claire tells Victoria and Nikki about her conversation with Victor, Victoria will seem concerned about Victor’s plans.
At Crimson Lights, Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will catch up with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) following their recent trips and will give her a gentle nudge to join Winters.
At Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) place, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will show up and find Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) there.
It’ll leave Devon worried that Audra has moved in, but she’ll ultimately admit she doesn’t even have a drawer.
Once Audra exits on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Devon will quiz Nate about where things stand with Audra.
Nate will suggest that they’re more than casual, but it’s not like they’re out shopping for rings yet.
Devon will think that’s good since Audra seemed so against marriage at his recent wedding to Abby.
Talk will turn to Lily since Devon will remain hopeful that she’s going to deliver good news and return to the family business.
After a chilly encounter with Lily, Audra will resolve to win Nate’s family over. By the time Audra’s through, she’ll plan to make them adore her!
At the Chancellor mansion, Lily will stop by later and admit to Devon that she’s made the decision to come back to Winters.
Since Lily will want to make it a true family company, Devon will be overjoyed.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will embrace this fresh start, but our predictions point to some new sources of family conflict soon enough.
