The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 16, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will await Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) choice when it comes to the Newman Media idea he pitched. Victor wants Adam to resume his leadership at Newman Media and use it to help Glissade go after Jabot.
Adam agreed to sleep on it and give Victor his answer in the morning, so Victor will wonder what decision his son has reached.
It looks like Adam will make a risky one and ultimately go along with what Victor’s wishes.
Of course, Adam is dealing with enough drama as it is!
Between Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) ordeal and Adam’s secret hookup with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Adam really doesn’t need to be adding a situation that’ll make Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) an enemy.
Nevertheless, it seems that’s exactly what Adam will do when he takes over Newman Media again and helps Glissade crush the competition – including Jack’s family business.
In the meantime, Y&R spoilers hint that the news of Adam’s return to the Newman Media throne will spread.
After Victor reveals more corporate shakeups in a strategy session, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will all fear the worst!
Nikki will be especially concerned about the road Victor’s headed down, especially now that he’s steering Adam back down a dangerous path of his own.
Over with Jack and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), they’ll try to figure out what they’re going to do about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and all the vengeful moves he’s making.
While Diane and Jack face some difficult choices as Kyle’s parents, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will have to address what happened between them last night.
Audra made sure Nate knew they were just living in the moment and having fun.
However, Nate will apparently still want some clarification on what exactly they’re doing here and what’s allowed.
Nate will spell out his boundaries, so he’ll go over some rules with Audra as they decide what their connection’s going to look like moving forward.
Will this be a one-time deal or a continued friends-with-benefits arrangement?
Regardless, both Audra and Nate seem to have deeper feelings than they want to admit, so our predictions suggest they could be asking for trouble!
