The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, October 1, reveals that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) won’t be ready to give up on helping Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Now that Victoria has mulled over this whole Abbott-Chancellor takeover plan, she’s really concerned about the humiliation and destruction that could result.
Victoria doesn’t want Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) to watch Grandpa Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) make a mess of their father’s life, so she’ll keep working to prevent that.
If Victoria had her way, Victor would buy Billy out so he could start a new Abbott empire.
The problem is Billy isn’t interested – and even if he were, Victor has no desire to strike any kind of deal with “Billy Boy.”
Nevertheless, Victoria will think there must be some solution that’ll spare Billy from a very public downfall.
When Victor gets news on Victoria’s continued efforts to save Billy, he’ll blast her for being loyal to her ex.
Victor will push Victoria to side with the Newman family instead, but she’ll put up a fight.
Elsewhere, Y&R spoilers say someone will send Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) a strange message.
It’ll be rather cryptic and leave Nate with plenty of questions, so what’s this all about?
We know that Valarie Pettiford will take over the role of Amy Lewis in late October. Amy was romantically entangled with Nate’s dad, Nathan Hastings Sr. (Nathan Purdee), once upon a time.
Could Amy reach out to Nate and ask if they can meet in person? If Amy has a secret to spill, then she might get the ball rolling on a meeting that could happen in the not-too-distant future.
It’s possible Amy was pregnant with Nathan’s baby when she left the canvas, so maybe she gave birth to Nate’s half-brother off-screen.
Then again, maybe this possible half-brother could be the one who reaches out to Nate instead.
Nate might get a mysterious text that lays the groundwork for a shocking family revelation down the road.
In the meantime, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will outmaneuver Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and pat himself on the back, but this isn’t over yet!
Audra will be even more motivated to get payback on Kyle once he pulls off another dirty strategy.
