The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of August 12-16 reveal that Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) will no doubt face a tough punishment for her decision to drink, especially after Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) warned her about how serious it was.
Of course, Lucy will also be desperate to make amends with Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), but Faith may push her away after this drinking fiasco.
If Lucy feels rejected, she could easily turn to booze all over again as a way to cope.
Meanwhile, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may find their secret hookup news increasingly difficult to keep quiet.
Even if Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) back off all the questions, the guilt will keep eating away at Adam and Chelsea in the coming episodes.
With Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) back in town, will he suspect that something’s off with his parents?
Could that lead to Connor uncovering Chelsea and Adam’s scandal or at least getting some troubling clues?
Over with Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), their custody battle over Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) will leave their hostility at an all-time high.
Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) may continue to feel tangled up in all the drama, especially once Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is doing favors for Summer and perhaps giving her a way to blindside Kyle with a new advantage.
Although Claire appreciates how Victor has forgiven her past mistakes and welcomed her to the family, she may have a problem with her grandpa if he helps Summer play dirty against Kyle.
As for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), she was planning on having a private spa retreat in Sedona, but these Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) hallucinations are clearly going to follow her everywhere.
Whether Sharon actually takes that trip or not, she’ll remain haunted by “Cameron” and the twisted things he ultimately starts influencing her to do.
The more time Sharon spends with “Cameron,” the more unsettling her behavior will become!
