The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of July 29-August 2 reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have a major decision to make. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) pressured Victoria to rejoin Newman Enterprises, but will she stick with that choice as doubts keep rising?
Now that Victoria is seeing all the usual corporate shadiness, she’ll be tempted to bow out and leave Victor hanging.
Victor will throw a fit if Victoria goes back on her decision to rejoin the family business, so she’ll have to decide whether risking her father’s wrath is worth it.
Meanwhile, Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) may move forward with buying Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) a ring and popping the question down on one knee.
Since Devon promised Abby a more official proposal to follow up his informal one, he should dazzle her with a grand romantic gesture sooner or later.
In Paris, it looks like Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will split his time between business meetings with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and some fun with Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
Claire will be in charge of Harrison when Kyle’s busy, so we’ll see if this nanny gig continues to go well or if any surprise scares might be on the horizon.
Of course, Kyle and Claire might squeeze in some time alone once Harrison drifts off to sleep. Could Claire and Kyle share their first kiss behind closed doors?
Whatever the case, you can bet that some temptation’s on the way for Kyle and Claire during this Paris trip.
Back in Genoa City, Victor will continue taking steps to acquire Chancellor Industries, but Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) may fight back in a big way at the first sign of trouble.
Will Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) find herself dragged into the middle of Victor and Billy’s growing feud?
Of course, there should be some updates on Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) mental state as well since she’s clearly heading downhill fast.
Sharon may experience more hallucinations related to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) as well as Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes), so stay tuned for the bad news that’s brewing.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) could easily land in danger if Sharon spirals out of control, so Nick will certainly want to keep a close eye on the situation.
Over with Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), a dangerous ordeal may be looming for her, too.
There’s a good chance Lucy will turn to alcohol at some point as she tries to cope with Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) rejection.
Could a car crash be in Lucy’s future? Time will tell, but Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) could face some unsettling shockers as this Y&R storyline heats up.
