The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of June 17-21 reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will react to Diane Jenkins-Abbott’s (Susan Walters) backlash and perhaps assure Diane that she never meant to put Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in a precarious position.
Nevertheless, Diane will remain upset over Jack throwing away his sobriety and risking his life for Nikki’s sake.
Unfortunately, the consequences of that night are far from over since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is holding a grudge against Jack.
When Victor makes his first revenge power play, Jack may not see it coming!
How long will it take Jack to figure out Victor must be behind the latest threat to Jabot?
Victor won’t stop there since he also seemingly wants to blow up Jack’s marriage to Diane and his bond with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), too.
Things are bound to get messy, especially now that Victor has tasked Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) with rekindling his friendship with Diane while Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) forms a brand-new one with Kyle.
If Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) gets suspicious of Cole’s agenda and figures out Victor’s pulling the strings, she may have some harsh words for her grandpa!
There’s no way Claire will approve of Kyle getting used as a pawn.
Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may grow increasingly suspicious over Victor’s goal of putting Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) back on the Newman Media throne.
Victor apparently wants to use Newman Media to go after Jabot, so he needs someone who’s willing to play dirty in the CEO chair.
It’s clear that Victor’s hoping a “like father, like son” strategy will pay off if he puts Adam back in charge of the company.
Victoria may investigate Victor’s motives and could potentially worry about her dad leading Adam back down a sinister road.
That could also be a concern for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and even Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) as this storyline moves along.
Of course, Adam himself may end up feeling conflicted, particularly after he realizes Jack is the enemy Victor is targeting.
Jack has been a good friend to Adam in the past, so Adam’s loyalty may be tested here.
On another note, Y&R will celebrate Joshua Morrow’s 30th anniversary in the role of Nick Newman on Friday, June 21.
Since Morrow has spent three decades in Genoa City, this is the perfect opportunity to take a walk down memory lane.
There’ll be a standalone episode that features some Nick flashbacks and plenty of new content as well, so fans will want to tune in for a special show that’s all about Nick!
Our predictions point to some fun surprises in that standalone episode, so we’ll bring you updates as Joshua Morrow’s anniversary airdate gets closer.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the week of June 17-21 will bring some wild news and plenty of conflict, so stick with the CBS soap.
