Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers indicate that after months, weeks, and days of anticipation the show finally dropped its premiere episode, and it was an incredible watch.
Fans got a look into the world behind the gates of Fairmont Crest and were introduced to some key players on the daytime drama.
BTG viewers also got a taste of the drama as storylines focused on The Dupree family, and the chaos going on in Dani Dupree’s (Karla Mosley) life.
Right now, Dani is struggling over her 35-year marriage ending, but more so how her ex-husband and his mistress-turned-fiancé are seemingly rubbing it into her face!
During Monday’s show it was revealed that Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) aren’t only getting married at the Fairmont Crest country club, they also just bought a house in the gated community (of all places) where she and the rest of the Duprees live.
The premiere ended with Dani laying a massive slap across Hayley’s face, so what should fans expect during Tuesday’s show?
Dani will still be licking her wounds after the revelation she received about Bill and Hayley’s new home purchase.
A BTG preview video shows Anita comforting her daughter and reminding her of who she is.
Anita gently elevates Dani’s head in the clip and tells her that she’s a ‘Dupree woman’ and it’s time she taps into that heritage.
Sounds like the pep talk will help elevate Dani, but what will she do next? She’s a bit of a wild card!
Meanwhile, the preview also shows Bill visiting Vernon at his home.
Bill is a manipulative man that will seemingly become the show’s top villain, so when Vernon questions why he’s shown up at his door, it’s not hard to believe that his ex-son-in-law comes bearing some sort of warning or threat.
Bill might be retaliating over Dani slapping Hayley, hoping her father can keep her in check.
Then again, could this conversation be about something else? As the scenes shift in the promo video, the next clip reveals Anita and Vernon, as the matriarch promises to protect the family, at any cost.
Fans will also likely be introduced to more characters during Tuesday’s show, including Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) husband, Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning).
The two are happy now, but it sounds like there’s trouble in paradise for the couple.
