Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, March 24 to April 4, reveal that EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooter mystery will begin while Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) deals with some horror. Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will also lose control of the secret they’re keeping, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
During the week of March 24-28, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will force Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) to answer some questions related to the necklace investigation while Tate Black (Leo Howard) blows the case wide open for Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).
After Tate updates Julie on Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) guilt, she’ll push Doug for a confession.
Doug will presumably tell the whole ugly story and beg for Julie’s forgiveness, but she may not be so quick to give it.
While Chad and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) grow closer, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) will do the same through a special dinner at home.
However, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) won’t be willing to forget Leo’s history and will push Javi to see the potential for romantic disaster.
Leo is a schemer to the core, so Gabi will want Javi to accept that drama’s always just around the corner.
Back with Tate, he’ll do his best to hide what he’s done. Tate won’t want Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) to know he’s the reason Doug’s secret came out.
Of course, Holly will figure it out anyway and will fume over Tate’s betrayal.
Days spoilers say Holly will fill Doug in on blabbermouth Tate and apologize, but Doug may think Julie’s wrath was inevitable.
While Holly comforts Doug, Tate will turn to Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) for support.
That could strengthen Sophia and Tate’s connection while the rift grows wider between Tate and Holly.
Since Holly and Tate will eventually have a heated faceoff, could it end with their breakup?
Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will catch up with Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) while Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) pumps Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) for information regarding John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) whereabouts.
It turns out Andrew has been misleading Paul since he knows something that could help track John down.
Andrew will divulge a lead for Steve and Marlena to follow, but he’ll stress that time is of the essence.
Other Days spoilers say Sarah will urge Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to play along when it comes to Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) cheating accusations.
Xander will ultimately blast Philip over what he assumes is an affair – and later, Xander will confirm that affair to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
Alex will hear about Stephanie betraying him with Philip in the bedroom – at least that’s what Xander will believe happened.
Although Alex will rip into Philip, he’ll eventually confront Stephanie and push for the truth.
It appears Stephanie will indeed be honest, which means she’ll leak the forged letter news and shut down Xander’s cheating assumption.
That should leave Alex with the dilemma of whether he’ll rat Philip out or join the secret circle.
Sarah and Philip will definitely be in panic mode since they won’t want Xander to know they’ve been lying all this time.
The stakes will be especially high for Philip since he stole half of Xander’s birthright, but Sarah will worry about the toll her deception could take on her marriage, too.
As for EJ, Days will keep setting the stage for his upcoming whodunit.
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will have a fierce confrontation with EJ while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) plots payback over Rachel Blake’s (Ros Gentle) disappearance.
Although EJ will try to patch things up with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), that’ll probably just infuriate Johnny even more.
Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will also keep a secret from Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), so there may be a situation where she looks like she’s up to no good!
The goal of all this will be to build a suspect list since someone’s going to show up at the DiMera mansion and shoot EJ soon enough.
It’ll kick off a major mystery and put EJ’s life on the line.
We know from DOOL’s previously released season 60 promo that Chad will find EJ bloody on the floor.
It seems that may play out during the week of March 31-April 4, so that may also be when EJ’s rushed to the hospital.
EJ will survive, but the mystery will remain of who pulled the trigger on him. That story will unravel in the coming episodes, so don’t miss all the twists and turns.
In the meantime, fans will see more developments regarding missing John and the sad outcome that’s looming.
John won’t make it home from his final mission, so his loved ones will have to brace for a crushing blow soon.
