General Hospital (GH) spoilers preview for Friday, March 21, reveals that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) will double down on a threat while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) face off. This will also be Ezra Boyle’s (Daniel Cosgrove) first airdate, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Drew has a press conference coming up, so that’ll pave the way for some fresh drama.
Since Drew expects Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to support him at the event, he’ll taunt her about the power he has over her.
Drew could expose Portia’s lab results tampering if she doesn’t stay in line.
It seems Drew will get pushy about the details of what he wants – when Portia balks, he’ll double down on his blackmail threat.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will once again serve as a confidant in Friday’s episode, so look for Portia to offer updates on all the latest Drew news.
Since Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will continue to buy Drew’s good guy act, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will set him straight about all Drew’s false promises.
Over with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), the GH preview spoilers tell us she’ll have some concerns regarding Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) plans.
Nina hoped she was getting through to Willow about the new house she wants to buy her, but Willow may insist on moving the kids into Drew’s place in the end.
Willow might also want to stand up for Drew at the press conference that’s looming, but Nina will sound the alarm about the mistakes her daughter’s making.
None of this will be a good look for the custody feud, so Nina will make a prediction about Willow losing the kids if she doesn’t start listening to her mom’s advice.
Other GH spoilers say Daniel Cosgrove will make his first appearance as Ezra Boyle, so we’ll see this politician interact with Drew as they form a potentially risky alliance.
Meanwhile, someone surprising will arrive to see Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Will Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) decide to pay Alexis a visit and patch things up following their recent confrontation?
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) pushed Ric to get along with Alexis for Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) sake, so Ric might extend an olive branch.
On the other hand, Alexis might get a visit from shady Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or someone else instead.
No matter who pops up, Alexis will give this surprise visitor her attention on Friday’s show.
As for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), they’ll have an important conversation about their relationship.
Will Lucky and Liz be in sync when it comes to their new romantic chapter?
At the PCPD, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will interrogate Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and try to get the real scoop on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Since Brennan just put Carly in danger, Jason will want to know everything he can as he works to protect his BFF.
Back at GH, Lucas will check on Carly following her poisoning ordeal and push her to kick Brennan to the curb!
Although Lucas will think this is Brennan’s fault, Carly will insist he shouldn’t be blamed for Valentin’s twisted plot.
