General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, March 3, reveals that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Damian Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) break-in forced them to hide from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), so here’s how it all went down.
At Bobbie’s, Lulu turned to Spinelli for help getting around the security system so she could search Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) previous residence.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was suspicious when he showed up with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and picked up on Lulu’s hush-hush conversation with Spinelli.
Nevertheless, Dante let it go for now and joined Gio at a table across the restaurant.
Gio confided how he overstepped with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) recently, but Dante suggested Tracy liked it when you stood up to her.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) arrived before Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) joined her since she’d asked him to.
Tracy bickered with Martin before finally caving in and deciding she wouldn’t push the cease-and-desist order, which forbid Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) from using the Quartermaine name.
Martin took that as confirmation that Tracy knew they were over the property line and suggested it was his duty to report it.
Tracy got riled up enough to change her mind and move forward with the cease-and-desist order after all.
Tracy even went as far as calling Dante and trying to have Martin arrested for trespassing, but Dante refused and tried to ease the conflict instead. Martin ultimately took off willingly.
As for Gio, he tried to remind Tracy of the five-five-five rule that his mother always talked about.
Whenever you were angry, it was important to ask if it’d still matter in five minutes, five months or five years.
Tracy appreciated Gio’s words and suggested he gave her a lot to think about.
Even so, Tracy eventually stood by her decision to move forward with the cease-and-desist order since the Quartermaine name was that important.
Next on Monday’s GH episode, Spinelli shut off the security system and went inside Valentin’s house in the suburbs with Lulu.
As Lulu and Spinelli prepared to search, they heard someone coming and hid in Valentin’s office area.
Since Sonny needed a new place, Lucy wound up showing him around and played up how secure it was.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) showed up and acted shocked that Sonny was considering Valentin’s former residence, so Lucy sheepishly admitted she was getting around to telling him that part.
However, Kristina admitted this huge house would be a lot better than Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) tiny apartment and thought Avery would love it, so Sonny seemed ready to make a deal.
Once they were alone, Lulu hinted to Spinelli that they needed to head to Martin’s place next since she felt confident he was hiding Valentin info.
In Miami, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) bought Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) a drink before they reminisced at the bar.
Lucas ultimately hinted about trying again, so passion erupted as he wound up in a hotel room with Brad.
The clothes started coming off before Brad landed on the bed, but then he told Lucas to stop.
Brad couldn’t do this without Lucas knowing the truth, so it seemed like he was about to offer updates on his blackmail threat.
Back in Port Charles, Drew interrupted Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) evening at the Metro Court.
After Drew called Curtis out for turning Congressman Henderson against him, an argument broke out that included Portia.
Drew made it clear that he wanted payback and stomped off, so Portia worried this could lead to bad news.
Curtis didn’t think Drew had any power over him, but Drew sought some from Selina Wu (Lydia Look) soon after.
Although Selina didn’t have dirt on Curtis, she did have some on Portia. Selina handed over evidence of Portia’s lab results tampering, so Drew agreed to give her a future favor and made a prediction that this intel would do nicely.
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) offering her a job and a room until she could save up enough for a new place.
Jason offered to just pay for the new place, but Sasha once again stressed her desire for independence.
After Jason left, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) showed up to offer Sasha a deal. Sasha grabbed a meat mallet and threatened to scream if Sidwell didn’t leave, but he assured her that he wasn’t there to hurt her.
Instead, Sidwell offered Sasha $250,000 if she’d convince the gang at Deception that the whole warehouse situation was a big misunderstanding.
Sasha assumed Sidwell was asking her to lie, but he argued that he wanted her to tell the full stolen diamond story and how he couldn’t go to the authorities.
Sidwell basically wanted Sasha to put the blame on Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and be paid handsomely for it.
When Jason returned and realized Sidwell was there, he flew into a rage and ordered Sidwell to get away from Sasha.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Sidwell have quite a showdown ahead, so stay tuned.
