General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview video clip has been released for Wednesday, January 8, 2025. It is pretty intense and much of the clip is of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) literally on fire. It’s quite graphic and when you slow the clip down, you can really see how much effort went into the special effects of this blaze. GH Spoilers: Jenz Sidwell’s New Manor
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) isn’t in the preview clip, but he has to be central to Michael’s blazing storyline. Jenz literally just bought Wyndermere and celebrated with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
At the same time that Jenz was dancing around his new fortress, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse goes up in flames. It really doesn’t seem like a coincidence.
Sonny Corinthos’ Penthouse
On Wednesday, January 8, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Michael will be at Sonny’s penthouse.
Sonny isn’t there, but he will arrive with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) soon enough.
Unfortunately, by the time Jason and Sonny get there, the penthouse (and Michael) are already up in flames!

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny’s entire penthouse goes up in flames. Michael runs around screaming for help, but nobody can help him.
At one point, just when you think Michael is dead, a hand reaches up. It’s quite theatrical and dramatic, just perfect for a soap.
It is shown in a separate preview video – the one for the week of January 6 – that Jason and Sonny show up at the door of the penthouse as it’s on fire.
Sonny and Jason are struggling to see through the flames and smoke.
Since Michael does seemingly survive the ordeal, Jason likely saves the day because that’s what Stone Cold does!
However, Michael’s injuries might be so severe that it sends him away to a treatment facility.
With Lucy now sipping bubbly with Sidwell, she will clearly get involved in another controversial and dangerous romance!
In the meantime, Sonny and everyone else in Port Charles will want answers.
With Sidwell now being the newest resident of Port Charles, how long until he faces Sonny’s wrath?
