General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may be dying, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will make a bold move. As Michael remains in the burn unit of GH, they’ll steal custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn McMullen)!
General Hospital Spoilers: Burned Over Forty Percent Of His Body, Michael’s Survival Is Unsure
When Michael was brought into the hospital and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) arrived, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were waiting too.
Jason and Sonny made sure Michael got to GH, after Michael was caught in the explosion and fire at Sonny’s penthouse.
But when Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) came out to give news, the news wasn’t good-he’d been burned over forty percent of his body, and his survival unsure.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) called Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) who told Nina, who called and got Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) on the phone and he handed it to Willow.
Wiley was with them in DC at the time, and they rushed back to Port Charles, where Drew’s nanny was taking care of Amelia.
GH Spoilers: Nina And Martin Take Advantage To Work Quickly On Custody
Carly, Sonny, and the whole Corinthos crew and extended family, including Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are at GH for Michael.
Nina and Martin take advantage of the sad situation to work quickly to make sure Willow gets sole custody of Wiley and Amelia.
Martin does some digging and discovers although Michael had the separation and divorce papers done quickly, his will is unchanged; and it has a rider they can use to get custody.
If anything happens to Michael, Willow gets the minor children, odd for a will, since that would happen anyway if they were together; but when your father’s a mobster, you never know.
The fire itself is proof the children wouldn’t have been safe with Michael, that kind of thing happens frequently in Sonny’s world, even if Michael wasn’t actually the target.
General Hospital Spoilers: Diane Miller Unaware Of Nina And Martin’s Bold Legal Move
Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) is unaware of Nina and Martin’s bold legal move to snatch full custody of the children for Willow because she barely knows about Michael.
More than likely it’s Alexis who is retaining a cool and logical head in the midst of trying to encourage a distraught Kristina, and gives her a call.
And as for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) she’s an ADA but has nothing to do with family court so she doesn’t know what’s happening either to give a head’s up.
Nina and Martin work quickly to get paperwork through including a copy of Michael’s will, which he is able to get through his legal channels.
And before anyone’s the wiser, Willow has full custody of Wiley and Amelia because of Michael being incapacitated and his survival unsure.
