General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 16, reveal that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will bring a stuffed animal to Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) room at GH and wonder if he’s hoping for a sender in particular. Kai will chuckle over Stella’s comment and stay in good spirits despite his injury in the PCU bowl game.

It doesn’t look like Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will be behind the special delivery, but she’ll apparently pay Kai a visit soon enough.

Kai will manage to impress Trina – perhaps by staying optimistic about his recovery chances and his dreams for the future.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will have a similar attitude when it comes to his chances of making a baby with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), but she’ll wish she had a fraction of his optimism and will fear bad news is brewing.

Brook Lynn and Chase are about to undergo some testing since they’ve been struggling to conceive a child.

This could easily lead to BLQ getting updates on complications related to the baby she gave up for adoption as a teen.

At the Quartermaine stables, it looks like Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will find Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) looking glum and quiz him about what’s wrong.

Cody will insist Gio doesn’t want to know, but he might ultimately admit he lost big time by betting on the latest PCU bowl game.

However, fans shouldn’t count Cody out just yet. Cody has some other risks coming up that’ll prove financially rewarding, so he seems poised to make back the money he lost one way or another.

Perhaps Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will strike a lucrative deal with Cody now that he’s backed into a broke corner!

At some point on Thursday’s episode, Cody will reflect on the past during a conversation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

That could lead to more talk about Dante’s old fling with Brook Lynn during their camp counselor days.

Meanwhile, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will blow her top and accuse Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) of asking her to bow down to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

After Willow flies into a rage, Nina will open up to Ava Jerome (Maura West) about her latest bump in the road when it comes to her mother-daughter relationship.

As for Willow, she’ll end up confiding in Chase.

Although Chase will try to be fair and understand Willow’s frustration over the kids, he may argue that keeping burn victim Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) parents away from him isn’t the answer.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Carly will fume now that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has sided with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Jason doesn’t want to take the kids away from Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), so Sonny left in a huff.

It’ll be Carly’s turn to rip into Tracy on Thursday’s show, but Tracy will fight back as this turns into a major showdown.

It looks like Tracy will strike a low blow by bringing up Carly’s history and all the damage she’s caused.

“That woman’s life was never the same the moment you set foot in this town,” Tracy declares in Thursday’s preview video.

Whether Tracy is talking about Monica or perhaps Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman), Carly may fire back that this is about doing what’s best for Michael – who needs his family to rally around him right now.

Since Willow refuses to grant access to Michael unless she gets the kids back, Carly will blast Tracy for her interference.

General Hospital spoilers say Carly and Tracy’s faceoff will bring some great drama, so stick with us for more predictions on where things will go from here.
