General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap Tuesday, January 14, reveals that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) assured Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) that she’d arrange for the Quartermaine jet and offer up money for her Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) search – but only if Lulu found a real lead to follow.
When Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) arrived to help Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) collect Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko), Tracy refused to let the kids leave the Quartermaine property.
At the gatehouse, Wiley talked about missing his dad, so Willow admitted Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was hurt.
After Willow said Michael needed some time to heal in the hospital, she got choked up about Michael doing everything he could to get better.
Once Sasha found out from the nanny that Willow was at the gatehouse, she came over and sent the kids off for cookies.
Willow explained the arrangement she’d worked out with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), so Sasha was appalled over Willow using Michael’s medical proxy like that.
Willow questioned why Sasha was suddenly so protective of Michael and took a jab about things not working out with Sasha’s cousin, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
At Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) apartment, she accused Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) of blowing up Willow’s life and causing her to make bad decisions.
Drew defended himself and basically acted like Willow wasn’t some fragile flower.
Nina and Drew rehashed the hookup they were hiding before she urged him to break things off with Willow via text.
Although Nina wanted Drew to dump Willow and leave for Washington, Drew refused since he loved her.
Nina argued that Drew wouldn’t know what love was if it bit him in the ass!
After Martin called with updates on Tracy’s actions, Nina raced to the hospital to salvage the arrangement she’d helped Willow make.
At GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) quizzed Sonny about Michael’s condition and worried about the explosion being meant for Sonny.
Nina eventually interrupted and pushed Sonny to go get the grandchildren since Tracy was blocking their removal from the Quartermaine mansion.
Outside the ICU, Carly got some comfort from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who mentioned the clinic that helped with Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) burn scarring. Carly was hopeful that maybe they could help Michael, too.
Although Carly wanted to see Michael, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) popped up to stop her.
Since Willow was now blocking access, Felicia said Carly and Jason would have to leave.
Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) also questioned a woman at GH who was part of the mission that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) volunteered at.
That led to Lucky learning that Cyrus liked to focus on patients who were mostly alone at hospitals and long-term care facilities.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) interrupted and got confirmation that Cyrus scored big donations in Rice Plaza at Christmas.
Afterward, Lucky and Josslyn traded info about their efforts to dig into Cyrus.
Josslyn mentioned Felicia’s memory of Cyrus’ bell going silent around the time Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) was stabbed.
Joss also talked about Dex’s conversation with Cyrus the day before his attack and suspected the topic was how Dex almost killed Cyrus for Sonny.
At Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) house, Lucky joined her along with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) as they discussed all the Cyrus clues.
That led to speculation that Cyrus might be the one behind the digitalis overdoses, but they didn’t have enough to go to the cops.
Lucky felt they needed to figure out how Cyrus’ victims were connected and why he wanted to take them out.
