General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, March 19, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sent Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) after Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and caused Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) panic. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) also offered a new house to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), so here’s how it all went down.
At GH, Willow gave Nina some alarming updates on Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) medical ordeal.
Nina argued that was even more of a reason to postpone the move-in with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) since the children almost lost their grandma. It wouldn’t be a good look for the custody case if Willow made this move now.
Nina offered to buy Willow and the kids a house for the time being, so Willow decided she’d consider it.
At the Port Charles Grill, Ava Jerome (Maura West) had an unpleasant meeting with her accountant about the budget cuts she’d need to make.
Ava eventually ordered a domestic beer on tap to save money, but she wasn’t happy about it.
Nina later met up with Ava to make some positive predictions about Willow and bought them some expensive drinks to celebrate.
At Drew’s place, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) gloated about getting Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) arrested, but Drew argued that he could just get another lawyer.
Tracy still felt Drew was destined to lose this feud, but Drew had the law backing him up and said the bodies in the crypt wouldn’t care if they were moved.
Willow showed up and defended Drew since she felt he would’ve been the most loyal Quartermaine if he’d been truly welcomed into the family.
After Willow suggested Tracy only had herself to blame, Tracy hinted that Willow would be the one blaming herself instead soon.
At GH, Brennan told Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that he was going to make sure this never happened again and took off.
Brennan realized he missed Sonny’s call, so he called him back and received word about Valentin heading for the pier to get on a boat
Since Sonny was giving Brennan a chance to catch up with Valentin, Brennan offered info on Carly’s stay in the hospital in return.
When Valentin showed up at Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place to see his daughter, the mayor informed him that Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was staying with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) tonight.
Laura pushed Valentin to turn himself in, but Valentin felt his only chance at survival was to run.
After Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) popped up and worried Valentin wanted to flee with Charlotte again, he insisted that wasn’t the case.
Valentin stood by his decision to bolt, but he asked Lulu to tell Charlotte that he’d always love her and be with her.
After Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) got the green light to visit Carly, he looked emotional as he rushed to her bedside.
Jason found out Carly was a victim of polonium poisoning and that Brennan had been intended target.
Sonny and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) got news on all the poisoning drama as well, so there was talk about Valentin being under suspicion.
While Dante headed to the police station, Sonny filled Anna in on Valentin breaking in his house earlier.
Sonny also dropped a hint about tipping Brennan off to his location, so Anna panicked and ran out the door.
Afterward, Sonny shared some sweet moments with Carly by her bedside, where she assured him that he wasn’t getting rid of her that easily.
At the PCPD, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) got tangled up in more legal drama since a misunderstanding with his license plate got him arrested for grand theft auto.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) bickered over who should recuse themselves from the case.
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) got involved in the argument too, but Cody pulled him aside to remind him that Molly had been through a lot and needed her parents to get along.
Thankfully, the confusion was ultimately cleared up, so Cody was free to go since he hadn’t done anything wrong.
Back with Molly, she pushed Alexis to stop letting Ric get under her skin so much.
After Dante put an APB out on Valentin, he traded info with Lulu over the phone before tackling Molly and Alexis’ questions.
Once Sonny met up with Jason, he talked about Brennan’s payback and how they had to make sure the job was finished.
After Anna got in her vehicle, she left Brennan a voicemail and tried to get him not to chase after Valentin.
However, Brennan pointed a gun at Valentin on the pier and caught him by surprise by declaring that it was the end of the line.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin and Brennan’s showdown will deliver some shocking moments, so stay tuned.
