General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jessica Tuck recently headed back to GH in a new role, so here’s what’s next for ex-Cassandra Pierce. On social media, Chris McKenna (Jack Brennan) spilled some big news about his former One Life to Live co-star as he enjoyed another on-set reunion.
McKenna has already been sharing behind-the-scenes pics of himself reuniting with Erika Slezak, who played his TV mom back in their OLTL days.
Slezak is gearing up for an exciting GH debut – one that should lead to the revelation that she’s Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) sister.
McKenna kept the fun going by posting about another One Life to Live reunion.
Since McKenna and Tuck played siblings on OLTL, it brought him great joy to celebrate her first day as a director at the ABC soap.
“And the magic keeps on happening!” McKenna said in his post, which included a photo of him posing with Tuck and his real-life mom. “#JessicaTuck has joined us! This is her first day DIRECTING! We’re so lucky to have her on board. #OLTL #GH #Megan #Joey.”
Back in May, McKenna shared another pic from a day when he ran into Tuck at the studio.
Jessica Tuck’s role as a director may have already been in the works at the time, but now it’s official since her first day on the job was apparently September 23.
Of course, many fans were hoping that Jessica Tuck might reprise her role as Cassandra Pierce on-screen despite her presumed death in a boat explosion back in 2019.
Some viewers even speculated that Cassandra might’ve been the mysterious “C” behind Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication doses and the note she recently received.
However, the show’s been clear about the mystery boss being a man with a fondness for Britt, so none of that lines up with Cassandra.
Plus, it seems like Tuck is content to step behind the camera now, so we should probably just focus on embracing her new role as director!
We have no doubt that Tuck’s first day went well and that she’ll deliver some amazing scenes once her GH directorial debut episode hits the air.
