The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, January 3, reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will remain outraged over Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) decision to accept the Forrester CEO position, so he’ll vent to Eric Forrester (John McCook) as he continues processing this betrayal.
However, Brooke will eventually show up with some huge news since she didn’t have a chance to spill her intentions the last time they talked.
Once Brooke saw Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) wearing Ridge’s shirt on the staircase, she got emotional and stomped off.
Now that Brooke and Ridge have both had an opportunity to calm down, she’ll approach him again and hope for a more productive conversation.
Ridge won’t see what they have to talk about since Brooke’s part in the takeover tells him all he needs to know.
Nevertheless, Brooke will convince Ridge to at least hear her out.
There’s a very good reason why Brooke accepted Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) offer to rise to the Forrester throne.
Brooke will finally reveal her true motives to Ridge on Friday’s B&B episode, so he’ll get updates on her plan to get Carter to sign new LLC documents and officially give power back to the Forresters.
After Brooke assures Ridge that Forrester belongs to him, she’ll promise to get it back in his hands thanks to this secret scheme of hers.
Unfortunately, Ridge won’t buy Brooke’s attempt to justify her actions and may seriously doubt that this plot will even work.
Ridge will still view Brooke as a traitor, so this discussion won’t have the outcome that she was hoping for.
At the cliff house, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get the feeling that Taylor is nervous about what Brooke might do next.
Taylor will make a prediction about Brooke trying to win Ridge back, so she may admit she’s more concerned for Ridge than for herself.
Although Taylor would like the opportunity to reunite with Ridge, she’ll mostly be worried about Brooke dragging him back down the wrong road and calling it destiny!
Taylor won’t think Ridge and Brooke are right for each other, so she’ll hope he can stand strong against her.
Finally, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will continue to go over the new rules Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) has to follow at the Spencer mansion.
Luna can’t leave the estate and can’t tell anyone that she’s there, but she’ll insist she’s on board and will once again vow not to let Bill down.
