The Young and the Restless Monday, March 24 Recap: Phyllis Cries in Nick’s Arms, Aristotle Calls Billy’s Phone

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Monday, March 24, reveals that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will cry in Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) arms while Aristotle Dumas calls Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) phone.

In Phyllis’ suite, she’ll have a nightmare about all the captivity drama before Nick and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) show up at her door.

Phyllis will keep trying to send them away, but Summer and Nick will insist on supporting her.

After Phyllis flies into a rage over her kidnapping questions, she’ll cry in Nick’s arms and repeatedly beg him to make it stop.

Phyllis’ head will be spinning over everything she’s been through, but she’ll eventually calm down and apologize for blubbering.

Since Phyllis had hostile feelings toward Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) for so many years, she won’t know what to do with those feelings now.

It’ll be hard for Phyllis to just let it all go, but Nick will suggest maybe she can view this as a positive step forward.

Once Nick makes a prediction about an idea that could help, he’ll text Sharon about meeting back up with him at Crimson Lights.

At Society, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will talk to Sharon about her kidnapping ordeal and wonder if she’s really ready to move beyond all the past hostility with Phyllis.

Although Sharon won’t know if the peace will last, she’ll seem hopeful and will suggest maybe this could be the start of healing with Daniel, too.

After Sharon sees Nick’s text and heads back to the coffeehouse, she’ll find him there with Phyllis and Summer.

Nick will think it’s important for Sharon and Phyllis to discuss what happened as well as what happens now, so they’ll agree to try talking things out.

Back with Daniel, he’ll catch up with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) at Society.

Tessa will reflect on what she went through when Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) was pregnant and kidnapped, so she’ll understand how helpless Daniel must’ve felt recently.

Since Mariah’s been struggling with some guilt over what Ian Ward (Ray Wise) did to Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), Daniel will offer to talk to her.

Once Tessa listens to Daniel’s troubles and provides some of her usual words of wisdom, Daniel will thank her for always making him feel less isolated.

At the GCAC, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will open up to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) about his history with Aristotle Dumas since they used to compete for the same companies.

Sometimes Victor would win and sometimes Aristotle would win, so it was an interesting battle according to Victor.

After Victor reflects on trying to lure Aristotle out when he’d disappear, he’ll admit Aristotle never took the bait.

Although Michael’s research will prove Aristotle isn’t interested in Winters, Victor will have concerns about why Aristotle might be resurfacing now.

Aristotle’s style is to hit and then vanish like he’s done in the past.

On Monday’s Y&R episode, Victor will suggest that Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) can help him put Aristotle in his sights.

At Billy’s place, he’ll make sure things are cool with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) since she rushed off to let him speak with Phyllis privately.

Sally will insist it’s fine, but she’ll seem concerned over Phyllis feeling indebted to Billy for saving her life.

Billy will reassure Sally, but he’ll admit he’s a little worried about how Phyllis is holding up after her kidnapping ordeal.

Later, Sally will notice that someone’s been blowing up Billy’s phone, so she’ll read off the name and tell Billy that Aristotle Dumas has been calling him.
