The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will remain focused on retaliating against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and getting back what he’s lost. Y&R viewers know Billy wants to make Victor pay and gain control of Chancellor, but he’ll make time for some romance along the way.

We could be witnessing the beginning of a beautiful love story – maybe one that moves rather quickly considering how impulsive Billy can be. Billy may fall fast and hard, so it won’t be surprising if he proposes sooner rather than later.
Will Billy have a ring by spring for Sally? If Billy can’t contain what’s in his heart, he might decide to pop the question and hope Sally will agree to a speedy engagement.
Of course, we should mention that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) seem poised to surrender to what they truly feel for each other.
As they reunite romantically and put their family back together with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), Chelsea and Adam’s repaired relationship could influence Billy’s actions.
Will Billy be tempted to move things along with Sally as a result? Could a hint of jealousy and the desire to fully let go of Chelsea affect Billy’s actions?
Sally might find herself worried about Billy’s motives if he goes engagement ring shopping, but Billy could insist his love for her is the real deal. Whatever the case, Billy and Sally could cement themselves as a long-term couple if things keep going well.
