The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of April 7-11 reveals that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will reel over the Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) theory while “Alan Laurent” aka Martin surprises Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) in a suite.
Y&R’s weekly preview video kicks off with an intriguing meeting between Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who asks if she’s ever considered getting even with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
“Let’s say I do wanna get even. What do I get for that?” Audra wonders in the promo.
Of course, it’s possible Victor will think the satisfaction of revenge should be enough, but Audra might point out that she’s got a lot at stake. Audra is in a happy, committed relationship with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), so why should she risk ruining it?
Perhaps Audra will think Victor needs to make it worth her while if he wants her to come between Kyle and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
Audra might be willing to fake seduce Kyle and blow things up, but she’d have to be careful not to rock the boat in her own romance.
The weekly preview video also features Eileen Davidson’s return as Ashley Abbott, who gets a shock when Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) questions her about a theory involving Martin and Alan.
“Do you think it is at all possible that Martin was the one that survived that fall in Paris?” Jack asks a stunned Ashley in the clip.
Ashley may struggle to believe the idea at first, but she might change her mind once Jack updates her on all the clues and Traci’s growing fears.
Jack doesn’t think Traci’s wrong about this – and once she really mulls it over, Ashley may be on the same page. It could leave Ashley making some scary predictions about the threat Martin still poses.
The show’s weekly preview video wraps up with “Alan’s” homecoming, which catches Traci off guard in her suite.
Although Traci was expecting “Alan” to return from Paris, she’ll still be taken aback when he suddenly appears with his luggage. It’ll be time for Traci to move forward with putting “Alan” to the test and finding out which twin he really is.
