In tonight’s Tracker episode, Colter Shaw headed to Reno tonight. Randy needed his help. His ex-girlfriend was in trouble. Her name is Megan. She went out partying with her friend Sonia and then things got blurry.
Megan woke up the next morning at the hotel room. She had no idea how she got there. She also didn’t know where Sonia was. Sonia was only on the trip because Megan needed her. Megan just broke up with her current boyfriend. They wanted to get back out there. Prove to themselves that the problem was him. And not Megan.
Everything was going fine until things got blurry. Megan has been blacked out drunk before. She knew what happened that night wasn’t that and so she contacted Randy. Randy was still in love with her.
She was the one that got away. Megan knew that she could reach out to him if she was in trouble and she was afraid she was in trouble when she called him. Sonia wasn’t just missing. Megan woke up covered in blood. It wasn’t hers. She feared it was Sonia’s Its why she needed to find her friend sooner rather than later.
The last thing Megan remembered about that night was going to this club. She went back there with Randy and Colter at her side. The bartender recognized her instantly. He tried to kick her out.
He talked, but words didn’t flow freely until he was reimbursed for that two dollar bottle of liquor that her crazy friend threw. The bartender said both Megan as well as Sonia were out of control that night. The guys got security footage. There had been a reason for their behavior. It wasn’t roofies or at least not then. No, they got angry because of Megan’s most recent ex.
His name is Troy. Troy showed up at the club. He wasn’t invited to the party. He just tracked Megan down. Randy of course was furious. He thought Troy was some stalker.
He said he knew Troy was bad news from the start and Megan kindly asked him to keep it to himself. She knew what he said was coming from a place of jealousy. She also didn’t want to be told “I told you so”. Its why she went out with Sonia in the first place. Sonia was trouble. She once convinced Megan to steal someone’s chainsaw so that they could cut up Sonia’s ex-boyfriend’s coach in half.
Sonia was that wild friend you call when you don’t want to think. Megan admitted that’s why they were hanging out. She just dumped Troy and she didn’t want everyone pointing out her bad choices lately.
She just wanted to forget. She unfortunately forgotten too much. Randy took her to the hospital. She had been roofied that night and it hadn’t been Troy. Troy followed them from the club to the strip club. Megan got sick of his pleas. She didn’t want to take him back. She punched him. It’s how she got the blood on her dress.
When Troy still wouldn’t take the hint, that’s when some VIPs stepped in. These guys were interested in the women. They roughed up Troy. They put him in the hospital. He actually ran into Randy there.
Randy accused Troy of drugging Megan. Troy said it wasn’t him. He beat up a male stripper and locked him in the trunk because he was flirting with Megan. That’s it. Colter found the strip club. He talked to the owner. She remembered Sonia and Megan. She said they were pure drama and this was before Megan had been roofied.
The owner also knew that after the guys roughed up Tory that Sonia wanted to get married. They asked for her a nearby wedding chapel and she recommended “Lucky Love Wedding Chapel”.
Colter called Randy to see if Megan remembers that. She didn’t. They brought her to the chapel. They learned that Sonia really did get married that night. The couple bought the video package. The video showed that Megan was against the wedding. She tried to talk Sonia out of it and Sonia ignored her. Then one of the guys they were with with had drugged Megan.
Colter theorized that they probably wanted to loosen Megan up. She was against the wedding, but she quickly became unsteady on her feet. Sonia was worried about her. Sonia demanded they take her back to the hotel and that’s why Megan was safe. Sonia protected her from the drugger. This was all caught on tape by the way.
The wedding videographer recorded everything. He did nothing to stop it. The video even captured that the drugger had a gun on him and that might be why no one was trying to be a hero that night.
The guys identified the men form the video with facial recognition. The men they were looking for are British mob. They then dropped off Megan at her hotel room. Colter wanted to pursue the men alone.
Randy begged to come along. He said he could be of help and really he just wanted to prove to Megan that he was stronger than she thought. They went to the property owned by the family that was right outside of the city. Randy took down the security cameras. It gave Colter the chance to break in.
He didn’t find Sonia there. He actually found Sonia’s new husband, Peter. Peter was tied up in a locked room. His brother Nicholas had killed a business partner and Sonia accidentally saw it.
Nicholas wanted to kill Sonia. Peter really likes her. His brother locked him up when he wouldn’t go with the plan. Colter freed Peter who in return told him where they were taking Sonia. Colter headed back to the car when Randy came running out of the property. The brothers’ men had found him. They were going to kill him when Peter helped him out.
Its why Randy was running away. The two of them got in the car. They tracked down Sonia. They rescued her. They brought Sonia back to her hotel room when they saw that Nicholas beaten them to the location.
Nicholas was going to have his men kill everyone when Randy created a diversion. He worked with Colter. They were able to get the upper hand. They took down Nicholas and his men. And the mob got arrested for murder now that Sonia was a witness.
Sonia needed a spa day after everything but first she got her annulment. Megan was also willing to try again with Randy again. It was Randy that said they should take it slow.
He didn’t want them making the same mistakes that they did before. And while Randy told Colter everything about his past with Megan, Colter never revealed the one that got away from him.
