Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for the week of May 25-29 indicate that Doug McBride (Jason Graham) may be back for revenge, while Bill Hamilton’s (Timon Kyle Durrett) is spotted, and Derek Baldwin’s (Ben Gavin) loved ones gather to say goodbye.
There’s a lot of drama to unpack; however, first, fans need to be made aware of a preemption notice.
Beyond the Gates will air a repeat on Monday, May 25, due to the Memorial Day holiday in the U.S.
The show will broadcast an encore presentation of “Beyond the Gates: Inside Fairmont Crest”, which originally aired in January this year, and was a behind-the-scenes commentary with the entire cast, as they talked about what their characters endured during Season 1.
With that said, now it’s time to dive into next week’s drama!
Beyond the Gates fans are still reeling from the appearance of Doug, which happened as the Friday, May 29 episode closed.
So, is he really alive, or is he a figment of Deanna McBride’s (Angela Fairley) imagination?
Either way, a cryptic teaser suggests that Doug encourages his daughter to embark on a mission.
If Doug is alive, he may have a revenge scheme up his sleeve where Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) is concerned and use Deanna as a pawn to trigger it.
Speaking of Joey, the casino owner will adhere to some demands brought forth by Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks).
Will Joey tell Donnell about his involvement in Doug’s death or feed him another story? Likely the latter, only time will tell.
Meanwhile, Joey will also reach out to Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) to help him contain a threat.
Unfortunately, Joey will also notice that something is off with Bill during this visit. Joey has been onto Hayley Hamilton’s (Marquita Goings) game, even though he doesn’t know exactly what she’s up to.
So will Joey realize that Bill is being poisoned, or at least be suspicious about it?
Back to Bill, he’ll warn Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) to back off a case, so there’s a good chance he advises his junior partner to end the ‘Lynette Wise’ (Dominque Madison) investigation.
With scary moments from the plasma ring warehouse incident, Bill may want to stay as far away from this as possible.
Finally, Bill will also spend some time with his ex-wife, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley), as she “schools” him about certain memories, so expect some flirty banter between these two during the week of May 25-29.
There will also be some very emotional moments as the land of Fairmont Crest pays its final respects to Derek.
He died a hero, and there will be many people who continue to mourn his passing this week, including Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob).
The nurse will struggle with her ex-boyfriend’s passing; however, she’ll have a support system in Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit).
It’s important to note that Naomi will also have a serious scene with Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges), as the two talk about the plasma ring case and the repercussions they could face in the near future.
The warehouse incident exposed Dr. Lia Whitmore’s (Cecelia Specht) role in the plasma ring, this storyline is far from over.
While on the topic of the plasma ring, Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) will have a full-on meltdown as she worries that the drama from the case will spill out into her orbit.
Leslie is funding the free clinic, which is where some plasma was stolen from, so she’ll be concerned about what this means for her endeavor.
Leslie will spiral so much about this all; she’s slated to crash the Garland Memorial press conference that is being held mid-week.
In other Leslie news, she’ll continue to poke Hayley about an alliance. Will the woman finally agree to a partnership?
Over to Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix), Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of May 25 indicate that she’ll confess some fantasies to Dr. Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan).
Still, as fans know, her top one lately is hopping into bed with her ex-husband, Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson).
Will things turn awkward as she talks about this with Kial, or will she just mention “other” fantasies she has? Could she imagine she’s in bed with Ted, while with Kial?
Still, those “Ted” fantasies may come to a halt, mid-week, as Nicole gets rubbed the wrong way by a vote of confidence he extends.
BTG audiences know that Ted will place Nicole’s name forward to the Garland Memorial board to become the next chief of staff.
This isn’t something Nicole wants to do, but will she place her hat into the ring for the sake of the hospital and its employees?
With that said, Ted will also have his hands full with Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson), who will finally provide him with an update on whether she wants to move forward with their romance.
Elsewhere, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and Tyrell Richardson-Smith (Jaden Lucas Miller) have a “father-son” chat.
It sounds like the teen boy will share about his “first time” with Jessica Harris (Camryn Jade). What will Martin’s reaction be?
Speaking of hitting the sheets, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) will attempt to do so as the weekend hits.
Anita finally has the energy to enjoy some romantic time with her husband; however, expect the evening to be derailed by Martin and Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon).
Finally, Mona Wilson (Karan Kendrick) and Jan Morgan (Jerri Tubbs) will come together, as Mona provides a health update to her bestie.
Beyond the Gates spoilers reveal that the week of May 25-29 should be an explosive one, filled with must-see episodes all across the board.
