Kylie Jenner, 16, took to her Instagram recently to post a rather scandalous picture revealing (yep, you guessed it!) some boob-age. The young reality TV star posted what could be defined as another inappropriate selfie. In this picture, she seems to be throwing back to a different time period, one that deems belly chains and tied-up belly shirts socially acceptable. What’s the deal with this family thinking that they must rely on their borderline scandalous (semi-trashy) media ploys to grasp and hold onto attention? It might be Kris Jenner’s subtle hand in the background moving her children around like puppets — or her young daughters could think that this kind of behavior is just acceptable . . . . After all, it is what they’ve grown up around and have been subjected to all their lives.
What do you think about Kylie’s pic, which displays the young star in a white t-shirt (tied up to reveal her midriff), a black bra (clearly visible through the sheer top), and a fabulous belly chain that is trying SO hard to be classy (but doesn’t quite pull it off)? Do you want to continue seeing pics of Kylie like this? From your perspective, do you think this is appropriate — or have you merely come to accept this type of behavior from the young Jenner girls?
I think people are starting to have more of a problem with the idea behind this type of promotion, especially with a child so young, still in school, and one who’s trying to keep the Kardashian brand alive. Hey, Kylie, remember that school thing you’ve got going on? Why not hang up that belly chain and crack open a book *sweet smile*. Love ya, gurl!
