The Kardashians can’t do anything in secret without the media noticing, especially when it has to do with gaining weight. Over the last few years, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe have had their ups and downs in the public eye. With all of his sisters’ drama, Rob Kardashian tends to take a back seat when it comes to publicity, but even with the rest of the Kardashians hogging the tabloid covers, it is nearly impossible for Rob Kardashian to hide in the background now. Physically impossible.
Over the past few years, Rob Kardashian has literally doubled, maybe tripled, in size. It seems like he has acquired every single pound that his sisters have shed. A lot of us assumed Rob’s rapid gain weight was being exaggerated by the paparazzi and media, but this season on Keeping Up With The Kardashians it became apparent that Rob’s weight gain is out of control. Although Momager Kris Jenner only allows E! to film Rob from the head up (or so it seems), last night on the reality show we saw a rare full body shot of the hefty Kardashian, and we were in shock.
When the Kardashians were first introduced to America, Rob Kardashian was a teen heart-throb, and was an aspiring underwear model. At the time he was dating Adrienne Bailon, one of the hottest girls in the entertainment world back then. No one really knows what inspired Rob’s sudden weight gain, but even his Mom is calling him out on it.
In a promo video for Keeping Up With The Kardashians midseason finale (set to air next week on E!), Kris Jenner sits down with Rob Kardashian and discusses his obesity. In the clip, Kris is telling Rob that he has gained so much weight so fast that his liver is shutting down, and she is seriously concerned for his life.
So, Rob Kardashian’s weight gain hasn’t been exaggerated, it is really serious! The fact that Kris Jenner is taking time out of her day to parent her son is proof that the problem is serious. Kris Jenner doesn’t pull out the Mom Card unless she really, really has to. What do you think of this Rob Kardashian weight gain news?
