Tonight on ABC it’s the Dancing With The Stars fifth elimination of Season 18 and we will say goodbye to one more contestant tonight. On tonight’s episode the eight remaining couples will compete, performances featuring party-anthem music. Did you watch the show? We did and we recapped it here for you. After last week’s performances at the top of the leaderboard was James Maslow and professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd who danced a Contemporary dance to “Let It Go” from Frozen, they received a 40/40. The judges loved their performance and Bruno said, : “That was a contemporary blockbuster and not just because of the song. You dance with such sincerity. So close to the spirit of the song.”
At the bottom of the leaderboard was Drew Carey and professional partner Cheryl Burke dancing a quickstep to, “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin, they received a 28/40.
The dance assignments this week were: Danica McKellar and Valentin Chmerkovskiy – Cha-Cha-Cha, NeNe Leakes and Tony Dovolani – Salsa, Drew Carey and Cheryl Burke -Tango, Candace Cameron Bure and Mark Ballas – Cha-Cha-Cha, Charlie White and Sharna Burgess – Cha-Cha-Cha, Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy – Tango, Amy Purdy and Derek Hough – Jive and
James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd – Quickstep.
