Kurt Cobain Note Attacks Courtney Love: Death Scene Letter Cruelly Mocks Wedding Vows (PHOTO)

In a newly released note found in Kurt Cobain’s wallet (around the time of his death in 1994), the Nirvana singer parodies his original wedding vows to Courtney Love, whom he married in 1992. The vows are clearly a mockery of some sort, perhaps just a cruel joke, and read, “Do you, Kurt Cobain, take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife even when she’s a b-tch with zits and siphoning all your money for doping and whoring …” Um. Wow. Good thing he didn’t accidentally read this version!

What do you think Courtney Love would have to say about this “love” note? After all, the note is quite far from the comments Kurt made in his suicide note, wherein he praised Courtney for being the “goddess” wife who “sweat ambition and empathy.”

We’re not sure what to make of this letter, which has two different handwriting styles on either side of the letter. Do you think Kurt actually wrote this or did somebody else? Many of the events and circumstances surrounding the life and death of Kurt Cobain were far from normal, so I suspect we shouldn’t be so surprised to learn of this totally weird letter 20 years after his suicide.

Take a look at the photo of the letter, recently released by the Seattle Police Department.
