There was a lot of speculation that went around when Robert Pattinson was caught with his arm around another woman at Katy Perry‘s concert in London. Many people assumed that Rob had found a new girlfriend, which definitely would have ended any hope of a Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reunion – although to be honest, their avoidance at Cannes pretty much crushed that possibility.
However, sources close to the situation now tell CDL that the woman that was with Rob at Katy’s concert was actually Rob’s good friend and Katy’s gay assistant, Tamra Natisin. She’s reportedly in a relationship already, so there was nothing going on between her and Rob, despite how cozy they looked at the concert. Then again, Rob and Katy have been friends for years, so it would make sense that he would be equally as close with her assistants.
So you know what this means, right? Basically, that there’s still a chance at a Robsten reunion. By admitting that he’s still in touch with Kristen in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Rob was letting the whole world know that he didn’t hate his ex-girlfriend. In fact, if the rumors are true, he’s still in love with her and that’s why it’s taken him so long to find another girlfriend. Sure, he’s had plenty of rebounds, but what do rebounds really mean in the long run?
And if Kristen really is waiting for Rob to come to his senses and come back to her, she’s probably more than happy to hear that he’s still technically ‘single’. Now, the only question is whether they will both end up back together for good, or whether they will continue avoiding each other until one of them eventually moves on.
