Soap fans are already familiar with Eileen Davidson thanks to her two decades worth of on/off work with Days Of Our Lives. She has also been recently hired to appear as Ashley Abbot on The Young and the Restless – stolen away from Days of Our Lives, which means that she has two networks worth of fans’ willing to follow her career choices. That latest choice has led Eileen into prime time as it was recently confirmed that she will be appearing on the latest installment of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Transitioning to night-time television isn’t the only life change that Eileen has had to undergo this year.
According to the Aug. 18th print edition of The National Enquirer Eileen was also absolutely devastated by the loss of her sister, Connie, who died on March 21st after a seven year battle with breast cancer. As she was grieving her, Eileen’s niece, Brooke Watkin’s died of an apparent overdose on Mother’s Day back in May. The actress has since taken some time away from social media and stopped interacting with fans while she dealt with her own grief.
Eileen seems to be in a much better place now but sources are wondering how she’ll do juggling everything. She is still appearing on Days Of Our Lives and being thrown into the mix on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is like waking up in a lion’s den. She is going to have to think on her feet and have really tough skin if she wants to avoid being ripped apart by the likes of Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville. Some close to Eileen aren’t sure if she’s tough enough to handle the inevitable stress that is right around the corner. Will you be tuning in to watch Eileen become one of the newest Bravolebrities?
