General Hospital spoilers tease that the Christmas Eve episode of the ABC soap airing on December 24 will be packed full of holiday drama in Port Charles. GH rumors have been running wild, claiming that it was only a matter of time before Jake and Liz hooked up – and it looks like they are coming to fruition. In the General Hospital spoiler video for Thursday’s episode, Liz and Jake flirt shamelessly underneath the mistletoe – and it looks like they might share their first kiss on Christmas Eve.
General Hospital coming and goings news have been teasing for a while that Bradford Spinelli was headed back to the ABC soap for a special Christmas appearance, and it looks like December 24 is the big day. While Nathan is back in Port Charles explaining to Obrecht that “Christmas came early this year,” and Maxie went to Portland, Maxie arrives on his door step and gushes “Merry Christmas Spinelli.”
In other General Hospital news, GH fans can expect to see Santa Claus arrive in Port Charles. Sparks fly between Patrick and Sam on the holiday as he presents her with her Christmas present. Meanwhile, Molly gets reacquainted with her not-so-dead father, Ric Lansing. The General Hospital spoiler video teases that it’s not all merry in Port Charles though, and the promo for December 24 shows Alexis and Julian bickering about their relationship, or lack of.
