Clyde talks to Kelsey about the business plan he made up for her. She says she didn’t read it because it’s just pseudo science designed to draw in money people. Her boss tells her to check it out when he takes a turn on the half pipe. She tells him she sees a bee and he falls. Jeannie tells Doug she’ll meet them at Ellis’ place because she has a thing and has to fly up later. He asks what her thing is and she says she’s strapping on a dildo and f-ing his mother.

Doug rants about her and Marty taking on larger clients instead of smaller ones. Jeannie sneezes then curses and says she peed herself. She says – thank pregnancy. She pulls off her panties and then asks why he’s intrigued by her pee-soaked underpants. He tries to cover and says he wants all the salary he deferred right now. Marty comes in and says Ellis called him at three am on his way into the Gage offices on foot. Doug says he’s so glad they tied their future to him.

Doug says she has a thing you apparently don’t need underpants for. Marty asks what and she says their baby is toying with their bladder. She has a headhunter meeting but offers to reschedule in light of the meeting at Gage. He says no and then tells her to get some more panties. Ellis is holding a big speech at the company inspiring the staff. They applaud. Marty says he likes his humility. Clyde says he likes his little boy haircut.

Doug says his appeal is almost Hitler-esque and the jokingly wonder if he’s also a Jew killer. Marty says he loves Hitler and that he’s his ni&&a. Monica shows up and grabs Marty’s butt. She says she’s there representing her firm’s interests – in other words, Dante. She introduces him to Dante as Ellis calls him a snake. Dante tells Ellis once he chases everyone else away, there’s no one else to blame. Ellis come over and Marty strokes his ego but he’s all eyes for Monica.

He invites her to see the car and she asks if it has a backseat. He says it’s a two seater and the rear compartment would be tight. She says the best ones are. Marty cautions Monica but she says she won’t f-k him. He tells her that’s her only shot. She says Ellis is causing unrest among shareholders and Marty asks what Dante wants. Marty offers a key chain and a sun visor and she tells him to f-k off. Marty says Dante is about to lose all his street cred.

Ellis is down on the floor yelling at the designer about something. He pulls down his pants and pees on the car. Monica says it’s bigger than she expected. He pees all over the car then gets an ax and starts chopping it up. Monica laughs and laughs. She asks how Marty will fix it. Erin comes to see Jeannie and is surprised to see she’s pregnant. She tells her she’s thinking about leaving K&A. Erin says she wishes she would have told her she was pregnant.

Erin says she’ll be a distracted flake and says having kids has limited her career. Jeannie says she only needs three weeks off and isn’t going to be one of those mothers. She says she will push up against the legal limits of neglect. Erin says she’s struggling to get a read on this and asks why the timing. Erin says if abortion clinics were Subway, Jeannie would have a free sandwich by now. Jeannie denies ever having an abortion. Erin asks why now.

Jeannie says she wants it all. Erin tells her to wait for the sweet spot where she’s lost all her baby weight but her tits are still big, to give her a call. Clyde tells Doug they are so f-d. Doug says at least he has a safety valve with his Kelsey venture. He offers to help with the business plan but Clyde says – no thanks. Doug presses him on it and then sits and says he could come on board and lend a hand. Doug says the more big brains the better. Clyde lets him babble as Doug says they can rule the world.

Clyde says he really doesn’t want to and that’s the main issue. He tells Doug he thanks him for understanding. Doug threatens to tell Marty about him moonlighting. Marty walks in and Clyde says he’s developing an app with a software coder and Marty says he doesn’t give a shit. Marty is furious because Jeannie isn’t answering. Marty says Ellis flipped over the molding on some small part of the car.

Jeannie calls back and Marty tells her to get to Berkeley and whisper into Maya Lindholm’s ear. She says they thought it was a fool’s errand but he says it’s back on boo boo and tells her to move her ass. He hangs up. She heads out. Jeannie chats up a designer and then Maya comes over. Jeannie asks how they can make any money on this. Jeannie introduces herself and Maya says they’re not at that stage. Jeannie says she’s there on behalf of her client Ellis Hightower.

Doug, Marty and Clyde talk about a new reason for the town hall. They talk about announcing him reuniting with Maya. He says – how about announcing that I choked on my own d-ck before I work with that c-nt again. He rants to the guys about her while she rants to Jeannie about him. They each massage the others ego to try and work a reconciliation. The guys tell Ellis to roll her while Jeannie says to use him for his manufacturing line and that she’ll have control.

The town hall is on. Doug taunts Clyde with a chocolate bar and then Clyde has a security guard take it from him. Doug says Sarah left him and he never once asked him how he’s doing. Clyde says he wanted her gone anyway. They argue then stop when Clyde says he’s sorry it happened. Doug says she cleaned him out and he has nothing. Clyde says the app probably won’t making anything but then agrees to talk to Kelsey about getting him on the project.

Marty says Jeannie and Maya are on the way. Ellis is introduced but then doesn’t come out. Marty hears Monica’s laughter ringing through the auditorium. Marty goes looking for him. He goes office by office and then finally finds him moaning in a stairwell. He’s crying and Marty asks if he can call someone or get him some medication. He asks Ellis to pull it together. Ellis says his father is dead and Marty says he’s sorry and asks when he found out.

Ellis says it was nine years ago. He tries to pull it together. Ellis says his father was an egghead shit heel who thought he was an intellectual lightweight. Ellis says when he showed him the blueprints for the car he and Maya designed, his dad told him he was smart to hitch himself to a real scientist. Ellis rants and says he’s a giant piece of shit and is worthless without her. Doug says Hitler had tantrums like this and a lot of great men do. Clyde says that’s the second time Doug has called Hitler great.

Jeannie shows up and Clyde says Ellis is in the stairwell crying like a baby. She heads inside. Marty is patting Ellis on the back as he lays across his back. Ellis says he’s a fraud and a poser and tells Marty to move. Jeannie takes over. She tells him that he’s deeply flawed but says you can’t believe people. She says when you cry in a stairwell, the assholes start popping champagne corks. She says he needs to get on the stage before she beats the f-k out of her.

She slaps him a few times and that seems to scare him straight. Ellis is on stage and says sometimes the boldest step in the future is to realize what worked well. He brings out Maya to great applause. They take hands awkwardly and the crowd applauds. Doug and Clyde say now they just need to get them to come to terms officially. Dante makes a positive statement afterward with Monica by his side and Jeannie tells Marty they pulled a rabbit out of their ass and says he couldn’t have done it without her.

Marty comes to see Monica. He slams her hotel room door. Bends her over the chair, unzips his pants and takes her roughly. She says she knows she’s not the one he wants to be anger banging right now. She pretends to be Jeannie and whines about making mistakes and says his d-k was custom built for her. She begs him to make her whole. He does her more and more forcefully but then covers his eyes as she starts her evil laughing again.

THE END!
