Is LeAnn Rimes joining Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and co-starring on the reality TV show alongside her archnemesis Brandi Glanville? Andy Cohen is a businessman – and there is nothing he loves more than ratings and money. Sure, he may be “friends” with the housewives, but it is no secret that he would sell them out in a heartbeat or do something crazy like sign on LeAnn Rimes if it mean higher ratings and more money.
It’s no secret that LeAnn Rimes has been in discussions with Bravo before about joining the Real Housewives, they would have to be certifiably insane if they didn’t try to add her to their RHOBH roster. But, despite all of the rumors about her joining the reality TV show every year, it never seems to come to fruition. But, according to insiders, 2015 may be the year that all changes.
Brandi Glanville recently dropped a bomb on one of her Podcasts and revealed that her former husband, Eddie Cibrian, had cheated on LeAnn Rimes with her. As if that wasn’t embarrassing enough for LeAnn, Brandi went on to brag that she taped conversations she had with Eddie in which he professed his love to her and begged her to work out their marriage – and mailed them to LeAnn! It’s no secret that Eddie has reportedly “emotionally checked out” of his marriage to LeAnn and refuses to have sex with her anymore, and now Brandi is telling the world just how pathetic LeAnn’s marriage really is.
According to one of CDL’s insiders, “LeAnn is a tit for tat kind of girl. When she heard Brandi’s Podcast she freaked out. She’s telling people that she is going to take Bravo up on their offer and join Real Housewives now just to spite Brandi. LeAnn feels like Brandi is always getting the last word and she wants her chance to tell the world what is really going on. And, stealing Brandi’s spotlight on RHOBH would be an added bonus.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills could definitely use a ratings boost – and a season of LeAnn and Brandi feuding could do the trick. But, considering the legions of LeAnn haters out there, it could actually backfire for Bravo and cause them to lose viewers. Do you think that 2015 will be the year that LeAnn actually joins Real Housewives? Would you still watch the show if she did? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
