Bachelorette 2015 Kaitlyn Bristowe’s ex-suitor JJ Lane wound up in the hospital after he was “attacked by a gang” leaving the “Men Tell All” after party. Apparently on Saturday July 11 Kaitlyn’s guys were partying the night away after filming the episode of The Bachelorette, when JJ left the party he was ambushed by a group of five guys and they literally beat the crap out of him. JJ Lane rubbed a lot of people the wrong way on The Bachelorette, so there really is no telling who the anonymous thugs were.
According to a report from TMZ, “It got ugly, real quick — we’re told JJ and the crew member took a few shots to the face, and the brawl continued until someone ran into the club to grab fellow contestant Ben Zorn. The hardbodied, badass jumped in and broke up the fight. JJ suffered 2 black eyes, and his suit got shredded, but witnesses tell us he fought the good fight, considering the numbers. JJ believes the attackers were a gang, according to our sources.”
After the fight JJ was reportedly taken to the hospital due to a concussion. No one at the party or involved with the brawl bothered to call the police, so the gang of Bachelorette brawlers still remains at large – and they are apparently very dangerous. For those of you who don’t remember, JJ was one half of “Brokeback Bachelor” and had a bizarre “thing” with his fellow suitor Clint. Does anyone else have a sneaking suspicion that the attackers may have been defending Clint’s honor?
Sadly the “Men Tell All” episode had already completed filming, so it doesn’t sound like anyone at the party managed to capture the strange attack on tape.
