“Big Brother 16” news is in, and it looks like fan favorite Caleb Reynolds, AKA Beast Mode Cowboy, asked his longtime girlfriend, Ashley Jay, to marry him, according to Big Brother Network. The couple took to social media to announce their engagement and share the news with their fans. Ashley shared a picture of the HUGE rock that Caleb gave her.
It looks like Beast Mode Cowboy is completely over his infatuation with fellow houseguest, Amber. He spent 28 days waiting on her to decide if she liked him or not- even ate a pickle for a chance for a date. Caleb hates pickles. As a result of his infatuation for her on the show, many fans felt he was a stalker and dangerous- completely untrue.
Last year, Caleb announced he met the girl of his dreams – Ashley Jay. At the time, fans were excited because she seemed to be like his type exactly- pretty, physically fit, and completely smitten with him. It seemed like the most logical step for the beautiful couple was a marriage. Fiancée Ashley shared a series of images to Instagram- one of which he was on bended knee asking for her hand in marriage. Based on the happy faces in the pictures, she accepted his proposal.
When Caleb was in the house, he demonstrated his fit physique often. He would go around the house, showing off his ninja moves. Over the past year, he has taken his workout routine to the next level as he prepared to compete in a weight lifting completion. Ashley and he both completed not too long ago, and placed well in the completion. They posted pictures of them both to social media holding trophies from the competition.
Caleb shared that the happy couple will marry in September of 2016. He noted that they plan to invite many of the “Big Brother’ alumni to the happy celebration.
