Tonight on ABC Dancing With The Stars 2015 airs with an all new Monday November 23, season 2 finale night one and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, after weeks of competitive dancing, the final four couples advance to the FINALS of Dancing with the Stars to see who wins the mirrorball trophy in a two part finale.
On the last episode, four remaining couples advanced to the SEMI-FINALS on “Dancing with the Stars.” After Tamar Braxton’s withdrawal from the competition, the pressure was on as each couple fought to make it to the finale. For the first time in “Dancing with the Stars” history, the couples had to dance three dances in the semi-finals: a dance style not yet danced, a trio, and a dance-off challenge, which was a recent edition.
For the trio dance, couples picked a dancer to enhance their performance and highlight the strengths of each star. The judges scored the dances, and each couple that won the dance-off challenge were awarded three additional points. At the end of the episode the celebs were told that due to Tamar withdrawing there would be no elimination. Did you watch the last episode? If you missed it we have a full and detailed recap, right here for you.
On tonight’s episode as per the ABC synopsis, “the finalists compete during the 11th week of performances, which feature two rounds of dances, including a freestyle round with special effects. Alek will be performing Rumba and Bindi Irwin will be doing Quickstep. Nick Carter will perform Samba and Carlos PenaVega will do Foxtrot. Judges Comments: Julianne: “First of all, I feel all the energy in this room, you can feel that tonight is the finals and it all comes down to this. I have to tell you though, I feel like we are at the AMA’s because that was the sexiest Foxtrot, I so appreciate Bruno coming in there and helping you, it was a huge improvement.” Bruno: “That is the way to dance the Foxtrot, I really liked how you pressed your feet, your footwork was unrecognizable.” Carrie Ann: “I remember telling you in week 2 that your were a contender and tonight you are so deserving of being here tonight. But, hip action has to be a little more pronounced.” Carrie Ann: “When you get into the zone, you are a much better performer. Your strength carried Lindsay through the dance, I noticed some hip action, but you needed more. I felt the connection on an emotional level and there was more hip action.” Julianne: “I think you as well as all of us are so surprised where you have come. The hip action was a little weak, you have a great partnership though.”

Derek you did not break that hold, you executed it so well and it was so much fun.” Bruno: “That really was a gem for the Quick Step, every aspect was gleaming like a brilliant cut diamond. The content was incredible, the foot work precise and you always have faith in your partner.” Carrie Ann: “All I can say is like everything that they said, you are in a class of your own, when I watch you dance I feel like I am a better person.
