“The Bold and The Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers elaborate on this week’s episodes the consequences of Sasha Thompson’s (Felisha Cooper) news of an alleged pregnancy just after Nicole Avant (Reign Edwards) and Zende Forrester (Rome Flynn) are ready to reunite. But is Sasha fibbing about being knocked up to get what she wants and how will that play out?
Sasha has major daddy issues – we all know that. Thanks to her shoddy upbringing where she was Julius Avant’s (Obba Babatunde) dirty secret. So now that Sasha finally feels loved, she won’t give up easily. Remember that Zende was clear that it’s NOT love but she won’t believe it.
So if Sasha thinks she could lose Zende because Nicole is available and finally delivered the baby, the idea of Sasha coming up with a pregnancy fib is expected. But B&B spoilers say that if Sasha is lying about the pregnancy, it could blow up in her face in a big way and cost her more than Zende.
If Sasha is making up the pregnancy story, she’ll have to try and get knocked up for real to keep the lie going or fake pregnancy test results, but that can only last so long. But since Zende is committed to Nicole emotionally, it’s likely he would not sleep with Sasha again. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers ask what can Sasha do then about getting preggers?
If the pregnancy tale is a lie, Sasha will have to pile another lie onto that. She can either fake a miscarriage to earn sympathy – or try and get pregnant from some other guy to pass it off as Zende’s. But no terrible secret ever stays secret on a soap.
Julius Avant’s secret daughter stayed hidden for more than 18 years… But, as a rule, a few days to a few weeks is the most that you can stretch out any good fib. And if Sasha is lying – once it comes out – she could lose the new life she’s crafted for herself in LA.
Now that the Avants all know that Sasha is one of the crew, we can expect them to embrace her. After all, it’s not Sasha’s fault that Julius was cheating. She and Nicole were already close and this revelation helps Nicole see why Sasha has been so competitive and needy.
Vivienne Avant (Anna M Horsford) may be angry at Julius, but she should be fine with Sasha. And Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) should be thrilled since her hypocritical dad is eating crow and now she has a new sister.
But Sasha’s new-found status as an acknowledged Avant will be short-lived if it comes out that she tried to keep Zende and Nicole apart with a fake baby (or, worse yet, someone else’s baby). Is the pregnancy a lie Sasha will create on the spot to try and keep Zende?
Since Sasha was herself an unplanned (and unwanted) pregnancy, it seems like she would be vigilant with her birth control. So that’s one clue that it could be a lie. There is a chance that Sasha could really be pregnant and did it on purpose as an insurance policy to try and keep Zende.
Either way, whether the pregnancy is the real deal or a big fat lie, it will not show Sasha in a good light and could cost her the family she’s always wanted. What do you think B&B fans? Do you think Sasha’s pregnancy is a desperate lie or an unfortunate truth?
