On tonight’s episode as per the VH1 synopsis, “part 1 of 2. The cast are reunited in small groups at a secret location. Later, Bambi and Betty Idol argue about Scrappy; Tommie learns her legal issues have worsened due to Joseline; and Stevie and Joseline may be tied to each other forever.”
It sounds like the 5th season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta will be packed full of can’t miss drama that you won’t want miss and neither do I. On part one of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta Exposed and Unfiltered Mona talks about how the season was so drama filled and explosive that they could not get everyone together in the usual way, Instead, they are interviewing everyone in separate areas or small groups.
The drama kicks off with Tommie who claims that the crew was excluding her when they did not call her to come and do the show. It was later revealed that she had warrants and Mona told her that “The crew could not break the law.”
Up next was Joseline. All of the women have negative things to say about her. Mona talks about Joseline’s issues with Karlie Redd. She asks Joseline “What was in the envelope that you basically used to blackmail Karlie?” Joseline tells her “I’m going to let Dawn handle that.” Mona then poses the question to Dawn. Dawn says “I am not going to say anything. I am going to leave Karlie alone. She is having a hard enough time right now. I mean look at her, she walks crooked and she is old.”
They move on to talk about how Joseline had made peace with Mimi with Mimi until this season. Mimi says “Joseline is just evil and I refuse to be in the same room with her. If you bring her in here I will get up and walk out.” Karlie is asked “Are you two still friends and Karlie says “No, she is an associate now.”
Production is forced to interview Joseline and Mimi separately. Mona asks Mimi “When Joseline was crying did you believe her?” Mimi says “Yes, her performance was Oscar worthy. Joseline missed her calling. She should have been in movies.” Mona asked Stevie “How did it feel to be vindicated?”
Stevie said “I knew that there was no baby. I just wanted Mimi to know that she was a liar.” It is also revealed that Stevie is not the only one that Promise B Mae has claimed to have babies by. She has also claimed to have babies by Yung Joc and Scrappy as well.
They move on to talk about the King family and their impact on the show. They talk about the confrontation between Joseline and Karen at Joseline’s release party and the rumors that she spread about their family. Mona asks KK and Sass “Why do you think your family was so feared?” KK says “It wasn’t fear. It was respect. I don’t care if people like me or not as long as they respect me.”
Joseline joins them on set and Mona asks KK if she and Stevie had ever had sex. KK says “No, absolutely not.” Mona turns to Joseline and says “You said that you heard a rumor. Who told you?” Joseline says “Maybe Stevie did.” Mona says “Maybe it was just a joke.” The interview quickly breaks down as Joseline and KK begin arguing violently.
K. Michelle returns. She decides to throw a wrench in the show’s production when she doesn’t come to set dressed as planned and then leaves the set. When she finally does sit down to talk to them Mona asks her about her friendship with Mimi K tells her
When they ask Mimi what she has to say to K Mimi says “Nothing.” Rasheeda has the same response when they ask what she has to say to K. K is also asked about her relationship with Jessica Dime K says “I just don’t want her around me.” Jessica responds by saying “I want her to come face to face with me.”
Next, up they sit down to talk to Momma Dee, Scrappy, and Bambi. Mona asks Momma Dee how she feels about her son’s relationship with Bambi. Momma Dee says “It is what it is.” Mona then points out “It seems that you wanted Scrappy and Betty Idol to get together to get together.” Mona them moves on and asks Scrappy if he and Betty had ever hooked up. Both of them quickly say no. When the subject of Tammy came up the argument instantly became heated, Bambi told her “you were mad because you got beat up by my friend.” Betty fired back and told her “You were mad because I beat up your friend,” After that Betty was removed from the set.
Jessica Dime joins them on set. They talked about how Scrappy had tried to move on with Jessica and failed because he wanted to be back with Bambi. Jessica said, “ I gave Stevie the chance to upgrade and he wanted Bambi.” Bambi and Scrappy announce that they will be getting married in July of next year.
Mona tells Tommie that she wanted to do an interview with her and Joseline, but Joseline had taken out a restraining order on her. Tommie seems absolutely shocked by this. They then address the rumor of Joseline allegedly calling the police on her in LA. Tommie admits that she tried to run her over while she and Stevie were out having a drink. Mona asks her why she waited so long to file the restraining order. Joseline gets really angry. She tells her “I know that you are a gossip blogger and you are digging for gossip, but this is my life and I am doing what I need to do.”
They move on to talk about Joseline’s relationship with Stevie. Mona asks Stevie “In the last scene we saw Joseline say that she didn’t love you. Do you think that’s true?” Stevie says “ I don’t know. How can you love someone and be out taking pictures with men’s hands all over you? She may not love me, but she is going to respect me.” Mona then asks Joseline “ We have seen you and Stevie bounce back before in the last five years. Do you think that is possible this time?” Joseline says “No. How can you bounce back when there is nothing but hate on both sides?”
On the second day of filming, Joseline calls producers in a panic because she suspects that she may be pregnant.
