Hot new General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Monday, August 8 episode reveal that Sam will get a stunning diagnosis at GH after passing out again, Bobbie issues a surprise invitation to her birthday party, Ava is outraged over Morgan, Franco has bad news, and Carly backs down.
After Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) passed out at the PCPD, she was rushed to GH and it’s Dr Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) that will diagnose what’s wrong with Sam. It does NOT look like good news at all, but where Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) when he should be by her side?
Jason was with Jake Webber (Hudson West) and hearing tales about how Franco (Roger Howarth) has been hanging out with Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst). An angry Jason goes to confront Liz who tells him to mind his business and suggests he should be focused on Sam.
Jason will be stunned and Franco is off his mind as he rushes to see what’s wrong with his sweetie. In the interim, Franco stops by Sam’s hospital room to check on her, but there’s no way she’ll be happy to see her former tormenter visiting her there.
If Jason finds Franco in Sam’s room, all hell may break loose… Liz is confident that Franco has been exonerated in the GH serial killer case, but Finn isn’t so sure. Finn tells Liz that perhaps Franco is just clever and really good at covering his tracks. Liz will consider that carefully.
It’s almost time for Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) birthday party and Bobbie issues an impromptu invitation to Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) to join the family. Jax will but Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) won’t like it based on their spat over their daughter.
Carly tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that she’s done searching for the kidney donor. Carly’s scared that Jax will follow through on his threat to take Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) away from her. Later, Carly has to keep the peace between Sonny and Jax as tempers flare.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Franco will get more bad news on the Monday GH episode. The PCPD may tell Franco he’s still a suspect or he’s facing repercussions on the job because he’s suspected of being the killer (or both). GH fans want to know when this case will wrap up.
Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) talks to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) to ask if he’s been talking to Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) or Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Watkins) about his bipolar medication. Michael wants to know why Morgan thinks he’d spill his brother’s private business.
Morgan is also the topic of conversation between Kiki and Ava Jerome (Maura West). Ava is furious that Kiki was exposed to an STI from Morgan by way of Darby Collette (Jesica Ahlberg). Ava tells Kiki to dump Morgan and cut him out of her life once and for all.
Kiki flips out and tells her mother to stay out of her life. Kiki stubbornly sticks by Morgan despite all the red flags and lays into her mom angrily. Ava will also soon have a heated talk with Morgan over his renewed romance with Kiki that went against Ava’s wishes.
Also, Chloe Lanier debuts in her new role that General Hospital spoilers have teased will be called “Nell.” Is this the organ donor that Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) found or someone new? Also, when Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart) calls Nina to bail him out, will she go?
