On tonight’s BB18 as per the CBS synopsis, “The HoH competition is completed and a new HoH is crowned later the HoH reveals his/her nominations.”

#BigBrother18 starts tonight with the Big Box HoH competition as the #BB18 houseguests fight for the power to make nominations this week. We see the houseguests in the dark dealing with stinky slop as they hold a button and try to find discs when they are told to search.
The goo they’re searching through looks really thick and then the other section is weird lighter stuff. They struggle to find discs. It looks like they are being tarred and feathered. We see a look back at Paulie, right before eviction, telling Paul, Corey and Nicole they should target Victor and James.
Nicole said in the Diary Room she has no interest in going after James and plans to let Natalie know that’s not her plan. She goes to whisper to Natalie and James what Paulie said and that Paul seemed to agree to it. Nicole says she’s not down for that and doesn’t agree.
Scheming starts before the eviction for next nominations
Natalie is upset that Paul is going after her showmance partner and plans to target him. Nicole tells James she has his back. James promises to protect her and Corey and they seem to make a Final 4 deal. James says in the Diary Room that he believes what she told him.
While everyone else is talking, Corey starts reaching around using his reach to try and find discs lying near him. Michelle has an advantage to do a search while the others have to stand at their buttons. She takes her turn and grabs up as many as she can.
Nicole is frustrated that she found three discs and they were all decoys that don’t fit. Paul loses a shoe in the muck. Corey starts messing with James in the dark to freak him out. Michelle shakes her hands to get goo off and accidentally lets go of her button and is eliminated.
HoH comp gets sticky
Now goo is showered onto them from above to make things worse. Paul loses his other shoe on the next search. James loses a shoe too. James says it smells like a port-a-potty. Next they blast fog at them in the dark and they all complain about the pain from holding the button tight.
Everyone is feeling the pain at one hour in. Natalie fins a big stack but struggles as she falls getting to the end. They start making deals but everyone is lying to each other about how many they have. Natlaie’s pulled neck is still bothering her as the final search starts.
James is eliminated in the final seconds when he slips and falls and can’t hit the button. James leaves the black box covered in goop. Victor laughs at him. Big Brother says game over and sends them all out for the reveal.
Natalie and Corey tie in HoH comp
Paul got 5 and so did Nicole. Corey got 10 and is feeling good. Natalie got 10 also. There’s a tie between Corey and Natalie. Paul is hoping for Natalie to win because he’s certain she won’t put him on the block. Little does he know, that’s where he’s heading.
Victor says the person who brought back the tenth disc first will win it. Natalie was at 1:57 when she brought it back. Corey was four seconds behind her and that make Natalie the new HoH. James runs to hug her and Natalie is happy with her first BB18 HoH win.
James is proud of her and says later he knows she wanted this and he knows they have to choose a side when she makes nominations. Nicole hopes her talk with James went well and that Natalie will target Paul and not her and Corey.
Natalie wins the HoH comp and the worrying starts
Natalie goes to shower off the goop and think about her two nominations. Everyone takes turns cleaning up and stressing out. Nicole tells Corey she hopes she got through to James and that Natalie won’t come after them.
Nicole says she hopes Corey gets the Care Package. Victor tells Natalie good job and says she deserved the win and he feels confident that he and Natalie are good and that she’ll target Nicole and Corey. He hopes she doesn’t put him up since he kept her safe.
Paul chats her up too and says he’s proud of how she did that knowing she was in pain from her neck. Victor tells her she has the power. When she walks off, Paul tells Victor they’re f-d and they wonder if Nicole and Corey made a deal with Natalie and James.
Nomination scheming begins
Nicole goes to talk to Natalie about an alliance of four of the two showmances. Natalie says Paulie was her one target and now he’s gone. Nicole says she will keep them safe next week if they don’t put her up this week. She says they can do final four and Natalie says they should. James agrees.
That would give them numbers of four vs three. Natalie says what about nominating Paul and Nicole says he’s smart and has a good social game plus Victor has comp wins and they are a strong duo. James says Natalie needs to do what’s best for her game.
Paul talks to Natalie and James and she listens but thinks it’s sketchy since she heard that he was targeting James. Victor goes to the HoH room to find out wher Natalie’s head is. He finds Corey up there talking to Natalie and James – Corey was talking about the F4 deal then stops when he comes in.
Victor goes on high alert
All conversation stops and things get awkward fast. Victor notices they stopped talking and wonders why they’re whispering with Corey when he was supposed to be the target. Victor finally gets up and walks out. Natalie says she’s nervous and excited about nominations.
Victor then goes to update Paul on finding Corey with Natalie and James and how they stopped talking when he came into the room. Victor says something is off and wonders why can’t people just stick to a plan.
We see a montage of Paul doing #FriendshipTimes talk where he acts like he has his own little talk show in the safari room. He talks about his beard, game strategy, then him talking about his family. We see him with James as a special guest.
Paul’s talk show and America’s Care Package
Paul offers philosophy, life lessons, and some quality time with his blow up duck toy. Next up is the next America’s Care Package delivery. Paul hopes Corey doesn’t get the ACP. It drops down and they read that it’s for Big Meech.
Michelle opens her Care Package and she’s thrilled. Inside is lots of tissues for her tears, a headband, brownies and then she reads that she’s co-HoH. She also got a key in the package. It says she will share all HoH perks and she will make one nomination.
Nicole is worried that Meech will nominate her. Michelle is ready to stir the pot and make a big move. Natalie cheers and gives her a big hug. She also reads that she and Natalie both are out of the HoH comp for next week. Victor jokes about them kicking James out of the bed.

Natalie says Paul is a really good liar and says Victor is a great guy and she doesn’t want to put him up but thinks Victor can beat Paul at PoV. Natalie tells her that Victor will win PoV and pull himself off the block. Corey talks to Meech and says Victor and Paul can win it all.
More appeals to the co-HoHs
Corey tries to talk noms with Meech in the bathroom but she says later he’s like a muffled whisper she doesn’t even hear. Up in the HoH room, Meech and Natalie talk about their noms. Natalie says she really wants Paul on the block.

Nomination ceremony
Just as Natalie and Michelle start their nomination ceremony, Paul gets a red alert and has to frisk everyone and do the security checkpoints. Natalie reveals that she nominated Victor. Michelle reveals that she nominated Paul who says wow, shocking.
Natalie tells Victor she nominated him because he’s a strong player and she says she hopes he wins the veto and pulls himself off the block. Meech says she feels Paul can win the game and knows that he lied to her face then says she hopes she or Victor wins PoV and get him off the block.
Paul asks someone if they can pull the knife out of his back. Natalie has her target on Paul and thinks Victor is a pawn. Nicole is happy that she and Corey are not nominated and is excited. Victor says he’s a comp beast and he’s going to win this and says he’s going to make things hard.
