General Hospital (GH) spoilers explain how Carly’s heartbreak over Morgan and rage at Sonny lead her to cheat on her husband who she blames for the tragedy. General Hospital has been keeping fans on a roller coaster of emotions these past couple of weeks.
First, we were dealt the huge blow when a young, vibrant Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) died in a car explosion meant for his father, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bitter rival, Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Second, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) packed up her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and moved out of the home she shared with Sonny, and now this?
Longtime viewers know that when Carly gets upset or enraged, she ends up doing something she will regret and usually ends up in the arms of a man who is willing to comfort her.
The latter seems to be true, and the man most likely to catch her fall will be someone very familiar to Carly… Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).
GH sources have revealed that Jax is on his way back to Port Charles. We can assume he is there to comfort his daughter, Joss over the loss of her brother, but why wouldn’t he play a little vengeance on Sonny while he is there?
No one hates Sonny more than Jax. Fans may not like it, but Jax would have no qualms about putting the moves on his distraught ex-wife, Carly.
Carly may only be looking for a shoulder to cry on, and even though she has many of them, GH spoilers tell us that none would be stronger and more convenient to hold and comfort her, than being in the familiar arms of Jax.
Now that Josslyn sees Uncle Sonny as the big, bad mobster who killed his own son, and her brother; she will encourage her father to help comfort Carly.
Remember when Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Sonny Corinthos, two people who hated each other, found comfort by having sex in the Quartmaine crypt? Carly is at the same place mentally, and although she is too busy grieving over the death of her son Morgan, she is very angry at Sonny for ordering the hit.
Maybe she can’t see what is really happening, or can she? Maybe subconsciously she knows exactly what is going on; letting her anger and emptiness drive her to revenge sex and straight into bed with Jasper Jacks?
