Tonight’s episode of Quantico kicks off with the terrorist – after the Eric Boyer trade is over, all of the hostages are corralled back in to one room. Rayna and the CIA agents are plotting, Dayana ,Harry, Sebastian, and Leigh work with Rayna to try and figure out their next move.

Flashback – Alex and Ryan meet with their handlers. The FBI has confirmed that Harry Doyle is part of MI6 but Alex still thinks he may be a part of the terrorist group. The FBI needs something from Alex and Ryan, time is running out and they still have no idea who the anarchists are in the CIA.
Meanwhile, Owen corners his daughter Lydia before class. He got a list of names that burnt his cover years ago and he wants Lydia to use her clearance and see if it was the CIA that screwed him over.

Present Time – Alex ran in to Lydia, but she doesn’t believe that she isn’t a terrorist. Lydia says that the terrorists are after a hard drive that is full of CIA intelligence from the last 20 years. Lydia and Alex team up to destroy the hard drive before the terrorists find a way to decrypt it.

Flashback – Lydia and Owen are teaching the students about drone strikes. They are all given old case files and they have to decide whether or not a drone strike is necessary by calculating the threat and the number of possible casualties. Meanwhile, Harry Doyle is still breathing down Ryan’s back about being in the FBI and the CIA.

Of course, it’s not long before they learn that the class is not a drill – and they are deciding whether or not to really authorize a drone strike. The students begin bickering amongst themselves over whether or not to risk innocent lives. There seems to be a pretty split divide, Alex, Leigh, and Sebastian vote “No.” on the drone strike. Alex is extra emotional because it is the anniversary of Simon’s death.

Present Time – Lydia and Alex make it to the room where the CIA’s hard drives are being held, after a few close run-in with terrorists. They have the code to access the drives from the satellite phone that Alex stole off one of the terrorists.

Flashback – after bickering back and forth for 20 minutes, Ryan changes his vote to “No,” because Alex is obviously upset. Owen interrupts and tells them that time is up, then he orders the drone strike. The students watch in shock as a bomb is dropped on a location where a suspected terrorist might be hiding out.

Present Time – Alex hands her phone over to Lydia, and then Lydia turns on her. It looks like Lydia played her. They begin wrestling over the gun that Alex is holding. Meanwhile upstairs, the hostages are still trying to figure out what they all have in common and why they are being held by the terrorists. Leigh mentions that she had a layover flight in Jakarta, then out of nowhere the terrorists grab her and drag her out of the room.

Flashback – Shelby has some explaining to do. Nemah found out that Shelby is sleeping with Leon, one of the students from the farm. Nemah thinks that Shelby might be the break that they have been waiting for in this case. Maybe Shelby can get more info from Leon than Alex and Ryan have been able to get by posing as students.

Meanwhile, the students head back to the house, and some of them are pretty shaken up over the drone strike, and Owen’s speech about being able to deal with the fact that they have to become okay with the idea of taking another person’s life.

Present Time – Alex wakes up, and she is tied up. Lydia says that she is not a terrorist, she is in the CIA, and it is part of her duty as a CIA Agent to secure the hard-drives and destroy them. She leaves Alex tied up in the room, before she leaves, she pulls an alarm so that the terrorists can find her.

Flashback – Shelby, Alex, Ryan, and Nemah all meet at Simon’s grave in the middle of the night. They each leave a stone on his grave site, and Nemah says a prayer for him.

Present Time – Leigh is killed by the terrorists in front of the other prisoners. Then, Dayana and Rayna are dragged out of the room. Once Rayna is alone with the terrorists, it looks like she may be working with them. And she might not be Rayna – one of the twins is being held hostage by the terrorists next door. The twins have been swapping back and forth again, and one of them is working for the terrorists…

THE END!
