The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, January 19, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will face the moment she’s been dreading. She was hoping she could put the past behind her, but Devon (Bryton James) won’t be ready to move on. Thanks to Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Devon will finally get a clue about the night of the crash.
Y&R spoilers indicate that Devon will remember everything that led up to the accident. All of his rage will likely return. In fact, Devon may be angrier now that he knows Hilary has been hiding the truth. She even lied about them being together at midnight. Devon and Hilary obviously have some major issues to work through.
Hilary will apologize profusely, but will that be enough? Devon thought they were entering this open and honest phase of their lives. He felt like they were establishing trust and he was ready to move forward together. Devon even suggested that they should start a family in Wednesday’s episode.
Now Devon may want to put the baby idea on hold. He probably won’t want to have kids until their marriage is solid, which could be never at the rate they’re going. On the other hand, how many times have we seen Devon forgive Hilary? He tends to give her a pass when she doesn’t really deserve it.
If Hilary finds a way to truly change, perhaps Devon will give her one more shot. It’s clear that Hilary will have to earn it though. Devon can’t just forgive and forget. Elsewhere, Paul (Doug Davidson) will hope that Dylan (Steve Burton) can forget about Sharon (Sharon Case) – at least while he’s on this mission.
Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Paul will talk about how Sharon could affect this case. Paul will argue that Dylan won’t be able to focus if he thinks Sharon can’t cope. They’ll do their best to keep Sharon from interfering again. That could be a tough task since Sharon’s fear is spiraling out of control.
In Miami, Dylan will assure Fisk (Scott Speiser) that he can be trusted. He’ll think he’s proven himself, but Fisk won’t be convinced. Dylan won Alex (Jess Webb) over, but it seems he’ll have to go the extra mile for her boss.
What will Fisk ask Dylan to do? If Dylan is given evil orders, he may not be able to fulfill them. Will Fisk demand that Dylan put a bullet in the man he saw gagged and beaten on Wednesday’s episode? Regardless, you can bet that Dylan will face plenty of peril. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Dylan’s life will be at stake.
