General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 2 reveal Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) sees her world crashing down all at once. Before she can whisk Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) out of town to explain everything to him, it all blows up in her face.
Michael is stunned to see his parents inside Nelle’s apartment but no one is as shocked as tearful Nelle. She knows her game is over and they know everything. She can tell by the looks on their faces. Michael asks if something happened and wants to know why they’re there.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) says “you could say that” and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) looks equally as grim. GH spoilers indicate Nelle decides to tell the whole truth but other events might prevent her from spilling all the beans. Will a call interrupt them?
Over at GH, Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) is furious that Franco (Roger Howarth) dares to lay his hands on him. Franco is trying to stop Jason from following Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and the baby into the ER room so the doctors can do their jobs.
Franco is doing the right thing but he’s doing it to the wrong person. Jason’s hatred of Franco all comes to the surface and there Is no telling what Jason will do to the serial killer. He doesn’t want Franco breathing the same air as Jason and Sam.
Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has devastating news for Jason about Sam. Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) is with Jason supporting him through this ordeal. Spoilers reveal Sam is not recovering as she should after giving birth to Scout out in the snow.
Franco spends some time with Jake Webber (Hudson West) who tells his mom’s BF that he knows Sam and the baby are not okay. Franco will step up to comfort Jake but Jason won’t like that either. Will Franco take Jake to GH to see them and further anger Jason?
Will Jason call Sonny and Carly to tell them about Sam and Scout? They will come running and that puts an end to any confrontation with Nelle. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) notices a chill in the air between Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
Tracy asks if the thrill is gone. Sounds like Hayden might spill the beans on Finn’s addiction based on upcoming spoilers. Tracy and Hayden will confront Finn about his addiction. Looks like him saving GH didn’t buy him into Hayden’s good graces at all.
Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) wakes up in her car and screams when a man opens the car door. Is it Kevin Collins (Jon Lindström) that found his lover? Laura has no idea how she wound up in her car in the passenger seat passed out and worries she’s going nuts again.
Kevin offers to help Laura sort it out and find some answers about why she lost so many hours of her day. Tracy will not hear any excuses. She’s upset Laura didn’t show for the GH board vote.
