Royal critics are slamming Kate Middleton’s mother Carole Middleton and sister Pippa Middleton for being no better than the Kardashian family. That’s because both Carole and Pippa insisted on being the center of attention during Wimbledon. Carole Middleton was caught asking Mirka Federer for VIP tickets while Pippa treated the tournament like it was her personal fashion show.
In fact, royal critic and British MP Emma Dent Coat recently went on the record to say that the Middletons act like they are Hollywood film stars. They expect VIP treatment wherever they go. What’s more, both Carole and Pippa spent more time at Wimbledon than Kate did this year. Clearly, they wanted to use the tournament as an opportunity to rub elbows with the Hollywood crowd and act like A-listers themselves. The only problem, of course, was that no one was taking them very seriously.
Emma said, “I say the Middletons are like the Kardashians now, because they are such film stars. It just shows how much it has all changed. I would say if we are going to have princes and princesses then I would rather it was the Beckhams, because they have earned their own money.”
But for Carole Middleton and Pippa Middleton, they don’t see it this way. After all, Carole is the mother of Kate Middleton, who just happens to be the future Queen of England. And Pippa is married to James Matthews, who just happens to come from one of the richest families in Britain. They have nothing in common with the Kardashian family. At least, that’s what they think.
But their critics do believe that the Middletons are no different, especially when it comes to their love for the cameras and the media attention they get whenever they are in public. Carole and Pippa Middleton want to be seen whenever and wherever, and they’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen. Sure, they don’t have their own reality television show but they still love making headlines the same way Kris Jenner and her Kardashian daughters do, too.
So far Kate Middleton hasn’t made any comments about the comparisons and it’s doubtful that she will, too. Lately she’s been doing whatever she can to distance herself from Carole and Pippa Middleton and their embarrassing behavior in public.
