General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) will have a choice to make down the road. She’s happy with current Jason (Billy Miller), but what happens when she learns he may not be Jason after all? Sonny (Maurice Benard) is certainly convinced that Patient Six (Steve Burton) is the real Jason Morgan. He intends to help his buddy get to the bottom of all this and get his life back.
However, that may not be possible – at least not completely. Burton’s character just gave us a big clue about who Sam will choose in the end. Patient Six insisted that Sonny made him into the man he is today. He argued that he never would’ve walked away from Sonny like Miller’s character just did.
Patient Six suggested that the real Jason wouldn’t be interested in taking over a media company. He’s loyal to Sonny and that’s that. No ifs, ands or buts! GH fans knows Sam is committed to a safer future. She’s thrilled about the path she’s headed down with current Jason, but total chaos is ahead.
Thanks to Patient Six’s arrival, Sam and her family will face extreme danger. Dr. Klein’s (Gene Farber) thugs try to lure P6 to a specific site and it looks like they’ll use Sam’s kidnapping to make it happen. Sam hasn’t even encountered classic Jason yet and he’s already bringing peril back to her life!
General Hospital spoilers say that trend will continue. If Patient Six couldn’t turn his back on Sonny before, he really won’t be able to do it now that his pal’s providing more help. Sonny wanted to get out of the mob, but that’s just not realistic. Trouble’s always going to find him and classic Jason’s always going to be caught in it.
Sam just isn’t on board with that kind of life any longer. She probably won’t be willing to take a step back into the danger zone, even for classic Jason’s sake. Sam’s a different person now and she wants something Patient Six can’t give her.
If you’re still having doubts about the identity of Burton’s character, consider another major hint. Betsy (Deborah Strang) told Franco (Roger Howarth) that Drew was a numbers whiz when he was little. Later, Sam told Carly (Laura Wright) that running the media company would be a perfect fit for current Jason. She suggested that he’s good with numbers.
The evidence keeps piling up! It sounds like Sam and Drew may get some version of a happily ever after. Meanwhile, true Jason can focus on protecting Sonny. Do you think that’s the way it should be?
